" Kwon Soonhee, wake up "
Soonhee stirred in her place, her hands instinctively reaching for her panda plushies, pulling one into her embrace.
"Soonhee-ssi."
She let out a groan and tugged the blanket to cover herself completely, but it was yanked away by the caller. Soonhee hissed and squinted her eyes, directing a glare at the man who had a firm grip on her blanket.
And then she shouted, "AHHH!!"
Soonhee propped herself up on her elbow, clutching her chest as her right hand crossed over it. The man took a few steps back, visibly startled.
"WHAT?!" he demanded.
SSoonhee blinked rapidly, her chest rising and falling as she took in the familiar face. "Jihoon?"
"YES, WHY?!" he replied, his voice slightly exasperated.
Soonhee placed her hand on her chest, where her heart was located, and let out a relieved sigh, slouching back into the bed. In truth, she had forgotten that she lived under the same roof as the man she called her husband.
"Right, I have a husband," her inner self cursed. Wait...
Soonhee jolted up on her butt. "Did I cook you porridge last night?"
Still with a terrified expression, Jihoon nodded his head. "You even slept in my room."
"Ah..." She nodded, trying hard to keep her expression calm when her heart felt like it was about to explode. Until this moment, she still thought that everything that had happened last night was a dream. She didn't even remember how she had ended up sleeping in his room because the last thing she remembered was saying " I hate those feelings that are related to you even though it was just a pit of care towards other human beings "
Soonhee glanced around, tracing her eyes up to Jihoon, who was still looking at her in horror. She then looked down at herself, making sure she was still in the maroon silk pajamas. Her fingers fumbled over every inch of her body before she looked back at him, hugging herself.
Jihoon immediately understood what she was thinking, clicking his tongue in annoyance. "I didn't touch you," he said, taking a few steps back and tossing the blanket back to Soonhee. "Hurry up. Get up and get yourself ready."
"Today is Sunday, if you don't remember."
Jihoon stopped in his tracks and whirled around to look back at her. "And I want to take you somewhere to do something that we should do on Sundays, if you want to know."

Today's Park Jihoon was really... different(?)
Soonhee couldn't quite get used to him. Just look at him now, steering the car with one hand while the other was firmly holding Soonhee's? She didn't know anymore.
But Soonhee was undeniably enjoying the moment.
This morning, Jihoon had taken her to a cafe. She wasn't much of a coffee drinker, but Jihoon had ended up buying her favorite fruit toast with a cup of hazelnut milk, saying, "You should sit still like a princess and follow my plan for today." So here she was, playing the role of the princess passenger.
And that wasn't all. They then headed straight to an amusement park. Soonhee had intended to refuse, but Jihoon had immediately locked eyes with her, silently reminding her of what he had said that morning. So she had no choice but to follow.
And she was genuinely enjoying her first date.
At least, that's what Soonhee thought.
Oh, and another thing.
