*Brad's POV*

Things happened so quickly I didn't really have time to comprehend or understand what it was.

Maddie had passed out and within seconds doctors were surrounding her, I tried to see what was happening but they pushed me out of the door. I couldn't do anything and I didn't understand what it was that was happening

My babies are so gorgeous, so perfect and I just wanted us to all be together. I just wanted to know what was going on

'Mr Simpson?'
I snap my head up to the nurse stood in front of me, she was smiling slightly which gave me some reassurance

'Yes, is everything okay? What's happened?' I rise to my feet so I face her
'Oh sir everything is fine. Miss Horn was just so exhausted and her body went into shock, everything is fine and she is perfectly healthy. As well as your twin babies. They are all sleeping at the moment. But if you come with me you can sit with them'

Relief watches over me as I follow her through the double doors and to my family. As I walk through my eyes go straight to Maddie who's peacefully sleeping. I then take my eyes to the beds next to her holding our children.

The happiness I felt rush through my body was something I couldn't describe, it was incredible the amount of love I felt for everyone in the room. Sitting down beside her I take her hand in mine, placing a kiss to her knuckles 'you Maddison Horn will soon be my wife' I promise

'Brad baby, can you get Lexi?, Oliver is being difficult' I hear Maddie's sweet voice through the house.

As I walk around the corner I can't help but laugh at the state. Maddie is sat on the floor covered in paint that was also covering Oliver, as he held on to her body like a leech while Lexi sat splatting the paint anywhere she could.

'Aw look at my gorgeous messy family' I exclaim with a laugh as I snap a picture of the mess

'Bradley, help' her voice is calm and playful as I approach Lexi
'Come on Lex, what are you doing making all this mess?' I watch my daughter giggle as she looks up at me before clapping her hands together 'da da'

I smile at how adorable she is 'come on trouble' I pick her up and she's quick to cuddle into me 'so baby what happened?' I turn to Maddie as she stands slowly with Oliver still clinging to her

''I don't even know' she laughs 'we were sat then Olly knocked the paint off the counter and we began painting and then it went everywhere'

'Shall we bath them now, we are going to Nat's for a play date with Millie and Jessie remember?' After Maddie had given birth it was exactly 2 weeks after when Nat went into labour at the exact same time, the only difference was she had one beautiful girl and the labour lasted an hour shorter than Maddie's

That was just over a year ago now. And things had gone so quickly. Yeah we were constantly tired for 6 months but we got a routine together and things got easier. It was incredible to watch Maddie being a mum, she was a natural. Born for it.

In the last year we had also invested in some of our own business', we now had a music store that had all instruments and lessons for people who wanted to learn. We all take our time to work there like I teach piano, Connor teaches bass Guitar, James does the organisation and guitar teaching and Tris teaches the drums.

Maddie had also opened up her own beauty spa which she and Lena run. While Nat and Abby run the nursery we built. Things are going amazing and all our investments are thriving. What I do hate though, is seeing my babies grow so quickly.
