I wake in the morning to an empty bed. I look around to look for the time. 8:30 am. I decided I would see if James fancied the gym. So I jumped up, and got ready to head to the gym.
.
As I walk past the other rooms they are all empty, I walked into Jessie's and she's not there. Everyone must be awake then. As I head down stairs and into the living room, silence is all I hear. Oh there's no one there, I continue to look though the apartment and no one is to be seen. Where are they?
.
Weird? Breakfast maybe? I decided I would just go to the gym and see if they are back when I get back. While in the gym I decided to do a 30 minute run. Sweaty. I felt as if someone was watching me, I looked up and I couldn't see anyone. After the 30 minutes running I got off and headed to the cross trainer and then to the weights and Ab section.
.
My hair was drenched with sweat as well as the rest of me. I pulled my hair back and into a high pony tail. It felt like someone was watching me. I looked around the room and saw a few lads but they didn't seem to be looking. I'm just paranoid. Right?
.
I stayed in the gym for what felt like hours on end but in reality was only 2 and half hours. I was so sweaty, I walked back to the lockers to get my stuff. And then remembered I had brought down a bikini and towel. Ah a nice swim would be perfect.
.
I slid on my black bikini and walked to the pool with a towel wrapped around me. As I got to the pool, I dropped the towel and entered the cool pool water. I began to swim some lengths before I realised someone enter the pool. It was one of those lads from earlier. I suddenly felt panicked and slightly scared. Paranoid.
.
Don't be stupid, just carry on swimming. I continued to do the lengths as I felt someone's arms grab hold of me.

Earlier the same morning
I woke to Maddie peacefully sleeping. I snuck out of her grip and got dressed meeting everyone down stairs.
.
'Morning everyone' I basically sang through the apartment
I walked over to Jessie, kissing her forehead as she ate her breakfast.
'Wheres Mads?' James asked
'Asleep why?'
'Well we are all going out to the mall today, and we are leaving like now' he quickly explains
'What so you was just going to leave us here?' Annoyed why would they do that
'Well.... Yeah basically. Come with. Mads is so tired and needs her rest today. But we need some supplies so we were just going to go to the mall for a few hours and come back. She won't even notice we've gone'

What he said made sense. I could go with them, pick some stuff up and come back. She's so tired she will probably still be asleep.
.
'Ah okay , but we gotta be quick and leave a note'
.
'Mads,
Don't panic if you wake before we get back. We've gone to the shops to get some bits, be back soon.

'Lets go'

I let out a scream, as they placed their hand over my mouth. He had his other arm around me holding me securely.
.
'Im going to turn you around, to face me. Do not scream' I heard him whisper and his voice was unrecognisable as it sent shivers over my body
.
He turned me, keeping his hand over my mouth. As I turned to face him I saw it was the same boy from earlier. Blonde hair that was still dry , blue eyes that were wide and sending daggers at me. His grip tightened, pulling me into him as he moved towards the edge of the pool. I was now pushed against the stairs that led in and out of the pool.
.
'You looked good working out' he began to speak and it made me feel sick. His hand still over my mouth, as he began to kiss my neck, I looked out of the window that showed outside reception, it was small in width but long in height. I watched as I tried to see anyone so I could get there attention. But no luck.
.
I began to fidget, trying to escape from his gasp, I kneed him and he loosened his grip but soon re gained control, slamming me into the stairs. The pain went through my body. 'That wasn't nice, I will have to teach you a lesson'.
.
My eyes widened as they began to water. I looked back to the window as his hand travelled my body. I saw James and Abby, walk past but they didn't see me. Then Tris and Nat still no one saw. I began to scream but it was muffled by his hand covering my mouth. I saw Jessie, she was holding Brad's and Con's hand. My eyes widened more at the sight off them, as they stopped by the window. His hand continued to travel to places he shouldn't be going and his lips connecting to my neck.

I continued to scream as he tightened his grip over my mouth. Brad and Con looked up, I was sure they saw me but they walked off. Oh my god. What am I going to do?

*Brad's Pov*
We were at the mall longer than expected. So I made the guys rush so we could get back to Mads. I was sure she would be awake by now. It was 11am.

We reached the hotel apartment and everyone walked in. Me and Con took Jessie's hand and walked in swinging her as she giggled.
.
We reached the reception and Jessie needed her shoe lace done up and wouldn't move until we had done it up for her. She's such a madam. As Con leant down to do it up, I caught eye of Mads in the pool with some blonde haired male. Anger ran through my body.
.
'Con look, she's in there with him, where everyone can see her'
He turn his head to see what I saw as he gasped. I instantly took Jessie's hand and walked off.
.
He soon followed and said 'Brad.... I don't think she was cheating'
I interrupt 'what the hell do you think she was doing then?' Feeling outraged at the thought
We stopped outside the door to the pool. As he continues 'he had his hand over her mouth, I don't think she is a willing participate in the act. Brad are you getting what I'm saying. We need to help her' he began to shout
.
I stood for second listening as I was in shock. Then anger ran through my body. I dropped Jessie's hand and ran through the pool door. My hands in fists and my jaw held so tight. As I ran down the stairs I could hear her muffled screams. They hit me straight in my heart. I got to the bottom of the stairs and instantly jumped in the pool. He looked to me and then back to Mads. As her eyes widen but looked relived at the sight of me.

I pulled him off of her, told her 'get out, go to Con' she quickly exited the pool but by the time she got out, Con was stood at poolside, she ran into his arms. I looked back to the annoyed looking blonde. Before I knew it my fist had met with his face, he tried to hit back but I block the punch. I jumped on to him. Pushing him under the water, as I continued to hit although he didn't feel much force due to being underwater.

He kicked my stomach to get me off of him, as he began to lose breath. I swam up, me to losing breath. As he reached the surface I pushed him into the stairs just like he had with Mads. I had my hand around his throat. Tightening my grip as he hit my face cutting my lip.
.
My fist met with his face once again and I couldn't stop. I heard shouting but it was muffled 'stop...your.... Going ..... To.....kill..... Him' but I didn't stop. I couldn't.
.
I felt someone try to pull me off of him and as Con continued to shout 'Mate, he's down. Stop. He's down'
I still had him pinned to the stairs. My grip tightening and I wasn't letting it go as I continued to throw the punches and make him gasp for his breath.
I hear Con again 'Brad, don't let this side out. Don't show Mads this side of you. Stop'
His words hit me like a ton of bricks but the anger still raged inside of me. I then heard a slight whisper just loud enough for me to hear 'Br...Brad... P-please' I look up to see Maddie stood eyes wide as tears streamed down her face.
'Help me get him out the pool' I turn looking to Cob
Me and Con lifted him so he was now sat on the edge of the pool. The boy was nearly unconscious.

I got out still so angry but I now cared about Mads. She stood with Jessie. As we walked over. I held my arms out and she looked hesitant, I don't blame her after what he done and then what she saw me do. She'd never seen me like that, because I tried to hide the anger inside of me, burying it. She's the only one that calms me and the thought she got hurt released all the anger. But she soon fell in my arms. She began crying. 'I .... I couldn't get him off'

'I know baby, I know. Come on let's get you upstairs.'
.
Me and Con helped her to the lift, she was shaking and silent. 'Aunty Maddie, can I have a cuddle?'
I look to Mads, it's like she was in a trance but as soon as she heard Jessie, she snapped out of it. 'Of course sweetie'
.
She swept Jessie off of her feet and into her arms, as she began to speak. 'So what have you been doing today? Has it been loads of fun'
'We went shopping and uncle Brad took me on the merry-go-round and then I got tired so Uncle Brad and Uncle Con took turns carrying me. I missed you. Can I sleep now?'
'Ahh wow! That sounds like a lot of fun no wonder why your so tired, I tell you what. When we get back I will get aunty Abby to take you to bed. She tells really good stories doesn't she'
'Yay'

*Maddie's Pov*
Seeing Brad go mad like that scared me , his eyes were unrecognisable as they darkened from their normal shade of brown, you could see how powerful his punches were, as each one knocked the breath out of the boy. I swear a few more seconds, one more punch and that boy would be dead. And what did Con mean 'don't show her this side' what side? What is Brad hiding?
.
My thoughts were interrupted by another one, he had only done it to protect me. He was saving me from that monster. But he didn't stop, he couldn't. Its like he couldn't control what he was doing and that petrified me. Con had to stop him but he couldn't pull him off, I only noticed Brad stop as he heard my voice, that's when Con was able to stop him.
.
Once I got back to the apartment, everyone began asking questions. I had to tell them what had happened. They didn't know what to say. We've been here two days and in that time we have all fallen out and sorted it and then I get attacked. Jeez, since I come into their life it's been nothing but drama.
.
'Mads are you okay?' It was like they all said it in unison
'Yeah I'm fine, he only pushed me against the stairs. Didn't get far before I kneed him and then Brad came to the rescue along with Con. I'm going to go have a shower and then we can finish that film and go for dinner'
'Thats our Mads. Okay see you in a bit'
James replied

As I kept eye contact with Con. He knew I was lying. I began to walk upstairs I stopped and turned 'Brad, you coming? You need a shower to' he quickly jumped up and followed me to our room.
.
Once I had, had a shower I told him to get in, he walked over and wrapped his arms around my waist, I flinched at the thought of what had happened.
'Mads?'
'Yeah' I move out of his grip as he sits onto the bed
'You flinched.... You flinched when I touched you'
'I know' I walk over to sit next him
'Brad.... I was so scared. He .... He pushed me against those stairs, his hands explored my body, his lips on my neck. And then I saw you completely destroy him. You couldn't stop. That scared me' a tear came down my face
.
'I'm sorry baby, I couldn't stop because I knew what he had done, the fact he done that to you I couldn't control the anger I'm sorry. But I want to protect you and I couldn't, I didn't that's why I was so angry. But you know I would never hurt you, I only ever want to protect you' he cups my face with his hand as I shut my eyes from his touch as I re open then, his brown eyes staring lovingly into me.

'I know Brad, it's just a side I've never seen before. Although if you wasn't hitting someone to a pulp it would be quite hot.' I lean in and kiss him but he pulls away as our lips touch
'Ah my lip, it hurts' he quickly puts his finger to trace the cut.
'Aww, go have a shower and that will make it a bit better' he stood up and walked to the bathroom
.
As I told him I was going down stairs, once down there I realised that everyone else had gone to get ready. I sat for a while before Con walked and sat beside me.
'Tell me the truth Mads, what did he do?'
I look to him with tears in my eyes. 'He pinned me, held his hand over my mouth, he kissed all over my neck while his hands travelled my body. I did knee him but he didn't lose grip, it would have been worse if you two didn't come in. But I was so scared, so scared that when I looked to his eyes I knew his intention and so scared that I wouldn't have been able to get away'
'Aw Mads, I'm so sorry this happened to you'

He held me in a hug, 'it's okay, I'm okay'
We were interrupted by the others. 'Are you ready to go to dinner, Jessie is hungry' Nat's asks
'Yeah, I will call Brad and the others'
'Its alright Mads I will do it' Tris suggests
He walks upstairs and with in 5 minutes everyone is down stairs, and we are heading to dinner. Brad runs up and grabs hold of my hand. I smile sweetly. While I whisper 'Brad, thank you for being there today'
'Anything for you, I'm sorry I wasn't there to stop it from happening in the first place'
'Brad, how could you have known that would happen? Brad calm down, your grip is hurting me. Your angry, stop I'm okay.'
.
He looked down to my hand as he realised his grip that was making my hand go numb. His eyes softened, his jaw relaxes and his hand released my hand, as he wrap his arm around me. 'Sorry' he whispers to my ears as I feel his hot breath on my skin. I decide to change the subject not wanting him angry again.

'Brad, Nat is acting weird, have you noticed?'
'Yeah something is going on, I will speak to Tris tomorrow. You speak to Nat yeah?'
'Yeah deal, and don't forget what we are doing tomorrow. 6am wake up. Don't tell the others it's a surprise'
'Okay, I can't wait' he quickly kisses my temple before we catch up with the others.

Oh god!
So I am going to give Brad and Maddie a break in drama for a few chapters. So much has happened.hope you liked this chapter.
