As we all stood waiting for our luggage which felt like forever, we soon began to take the layers we had on off. The gust of warm air came through hitting us. We were definitely in America. I felt bad for the boys all wear black skinny jeans. I think I was the only one that thought it through, I had leggings and a short sleeved plain dress with a cardi, which I quickly took off.

As we all watch the boys begin to mess around while waiting for their and our luggage, as they insisted they get our bags, the excitement hitting them of being in America. I decided to sneak off to make a phone call.

*Phone call to Jimmy*
'Hey, how are you holding up? Have you landed?'
'Hey Jimmy, I'm fine. I hope your well. Yeah just landed and getting our luggage. Is everything sorted?'
'Im well, as well as I can be after your fathers death, I miss him a lot. And of course I wouldn't let you down would I?! How many are there again?'
'I know, I miss him to Jimmy. And not in all the years I've known you, you haven't. There's 8 of us'
'Can you all drive?'
'Yeah we can, except one as she's a child'
'Okay, well just for you. I can send either 2 or 3 cars, obviously I'm thinking 3 considering your luggage will take up some room, and if it's long drives you don't want to be squashed'
'Oh yeah that would be great 3 please, there will be a lot of driving.'
'Okay so they will be there in ten minutes, there will also be directions in each car to lead you to your hotel apartment you asked me to book'
'Thanks Jimmy, it means a lot.'
'Love you kiddo, stay safe'
'I love you to, so much. And I will, you to'

With that we both hung up. I placed my phone away and slowly turned. Brad was stood staring at me, frowning.

'Who the hell was that Mads?' He said with anger in his voice but trying to stay calm
'Jimmy' I simply replied
'I heard that, but who is he?' He seemed to calm down slightly realising that I wasn't hiding anything
'He was an old family friend, and he lives here in America, he sells cars. I asked him if I could have some cars for our trip and he's sending 3. He was a really good friend of my dad's, he's like an uncle or something'

His face softened as he took me into his arms. 'Im sorry Mads, I heard you say 'love you' and panicked. Is he really sending us 3 cars?'
'Its fine Brad. And yeah we will need to drive from place to place won't we?!'
He smiles as he wraps his arm around my waist and we begin to walk back to the others.

'Everyone ready for there first surprise today?'
Everyone turns confused. As they follow me as I headed out of the airport.
'What surprise Mads?' Con shouts after me
'It wouldn't be a surprise if I just told you right now, but I will show you'
They continued to follow as Brad's grip around my waist tightened , when we finally reach 3 quite big black cars. The men that had drove to drop them off walked over, I told them my name and gave them the paper work as they dropped the three keys in my hand.

I turn holding the keys dangling down. 'So who wants to drive?'
There jaws dropped and James instantly came running over, 'I will, oh my god Mads your awesome this is awesome. I love you' he quickly grab hold of me spinning me around.
'Hey put my girl down, that's my job' Brad begins to joke.

I look to Tris and Con. 'So which one of you are going to drive?'
They looked at each other and back to me before Con pushed Tris towards me. 'I guess I am' he nervously takes the keys from me.
'Great then, let's head off. James if you take yourself, Abby and Con. Tris can take Nat and Jessie and then me and Brad. And Brad I'm driving. Before asking where we are going, there are directions for you to follow in each car, follow them and that will be your next surprise, okay? Every understand?'
They looked confused before smiling and putting the luggage in my car, as it was just me and Brad in there.

As I jump in the car, I look behind and see the others waiting for me to move off and so I do. I begin to drive asking Brad to read the directions.
Which he did.
