After helping his people and driving back Mongols, Yu paid a visit to Sensei Ishikawa who was at the nearby survivor camp.
Yu:Sensei Ishikawa said he was here, but he's not here. Maybe someone has seen him.
He asks a peasant.
Yu: On looking for a samurai, an archer.
Peasant:The Sensei headed toward the coast. He said you should catch up with him to, "Join the hunt..."... And you'd know what that meant.
Dreams of conquest: Mission start.
Yu:I better start looking for him...
He starts traveling to where Sensei Ishikawa might be, and further down, he hears him.
Ishikawa:Come closer, fools! Find glory!
Yu: Sensei Ishikawa's in trouble.
Yu helps Sensei Ishikawa fight the remaining mongols and kill them. Once the fighting was over.
Ishikawa: Narukami! Over here!
Yu: You're wounded...
Ishikawa: I'll survive.
Yu:You should have waited for me at the camp.
Ishikawa:I had a lead on Tomoe. I couldn't risk losing her.
Yu:Were those archers her's?
Ishikawa:One of them shouted my name.
They suddenly hear a mongol horn...
Yu:More on the way. Tend to your wound. I'll take them.
A mongol squad attacks them, but Yu is able to defeat and send the rest running back to their camps.
Ishikawa:Not bad Narukami.
Yu:(Sighs)They had you surrounded.
Ishikawa:Tomoe taught them well.
Yu: That's not why they outmanoeuvred you.
Ishikawa:If you have an insight, share it.
Yu:You didn't notice them because you were too focused on finding Tomoe.
Ishikawa:Even I make mistakes, Narukami.
Yu:No you don't. Except with her.
Ishikawa:Hm... We should get moving.
They ride on horseback.
Yu:What do you know about the camp?
Ishikawa: Archers, for the most part. Tomoe has been seen with them on roads all over Akashima.
Yu:She won their trust.
Ishikawa:She's a useful tool to divide and conquer- for now.
Yu:Hm... Tomoe betrayed you before she sided with the mongols. But you never told me exactly what happened.
Ishikawa:She used my teaching to help a band of assassins. They paid well.
Yu:Still doesn't explain why she attacked you.
Ishikawa: Narukami. How does a samurai deal with an assassin?
Yu:You retaliated... Attacked her.
Ishikawa:I dealt with tomoe as any common murder.
Yu:She was your student.
Ishikawa:I don't make exceptions, Narukami.
