Chapter 13

THOMPSON'S POV
The day they went sightseeing.

I was going to take Mary to eat and then we were going to her family's house turned into a university.
Because yes, it was finally Thursday, the day we were all waiting for.
Mary had told me to wait for her outside school because she was going to change since the uniform was very uncomfortable for her to be in all day long.

"When she came out of school she looked good she was wearing a top that made her look hot and a pair of pants that made her ass look so good to say the least. I do believe those were cargo pants.

"You ready to go?" I asked her as she came towards me and my car.
"Yes, I'm starving oh my god".
"I'll take you to the best burgers of your life". I opened her door for her to get in and she said a soft thank you while she blushed slightly.

I swear I love her everyday more and more.

I plugged my phone so we could listen to some music. 'In the end 'by Linkin Park started to play and she started singing it while rocking her head every so slightly.
"You like that song?". I asked surprised that she actually knew the lyrics to it.
"Are you kidding? I love this song".
"I love it too". I said turning the volume up and sang to the top of my lungs.

We arrived at the diner, we sat at a booth and ordered two burgers and two milkshakes.
When they arrived she took a bite and I could've gotten hard from the sound that she made as she took that first bite.

"This is the best burger I've ever had in my life oh my god I definitely have to bring my dad here. He's gonna love it". I chucked lightly and started to eat mine.

We continued eating in silence and when she had finished her burger she went in for her fries but did something that made me question her. She started to dump her fries in her milkshake.
"Um what do you think you're doing excuse me?".
"Try it you'll love it" she said siping one of my fries in my milkshake and feeding it to me". And let me tell you the that tastes so good I couldn't believe it. How come I had never done that before?
"What did I tell you? It's good huh?". Mary said eating another one. "My parents criticize me for doing it but I absolutely love it".

When we finished eating I had to fight her to let me pay for our food. Luckily I won; but it was a struggle she's one strong women I'll tell you that. So after I paid we left to go to the school.

When we arrived to the university she already knew everything and started giving me the tour and even she through some fun facts here and there.
"I give tours here on the summers".
"Really?".
"Mhm, I just love it here. Specially the library, it smells so good". She said closing her eyes.

It was the most beautiful experience of my life once we had reached the library. It was as she had transformed into a little kid and she started explaining me how she helped arranging the books. She looked so beautiful while explaining everything to me.
"Sorry if I get too excited, it's just I love to share this with people". Mary said, a blush slightly forming on her cheeks.
"It's ok, don't worry about it. I love it".

We spent about another half hour there and then we headed to her grandparents' house so we could get more information on how the house became what it is today and a little more on why it is such an important landmark.

Watching Mary interact with her grandparents was the cutest thing.
We got the story and left for her house. Once we had left her grandparents' home I took her to the beach so I could take my plan into action and kiss her.

We got to the beach and we started walking along the shore.
"Thank you for today Sean, I had such a wonderful time". Mary turned to me, her face only lit by the moonlight.
"No, thank you for such a wonderful experience". I whispered stopping and turning to look at her.

I grabbed her by her waist and pulled her towards me.
"What are you doing?" Mary asked in a whisper.
"This". And with that I kissed her.

At first she didn't know how to react but after a very few seconds she kissed me back.
It was the best kiss of my life.

I parted her lips and slipped my tongue into her mouth while she played with my hair and I pulled her closer if that was even possible.

We pulled away after a minute or two and she started laughing lightly.
"What?". I asked her smiling and putting her hair behind her ear.
"Nothing, it's just that...nothing".
"You sure?"
"Positive. This was...the most perfect kiss".
I chucked and pecked her lips.
"Come on, let's go home". I said as I took her hand so I could guide her back to the car.

Once we arrived to her house I took her hand before she could leave the car and kissed her once more before I let her go.
"Bye". She whispered against my lips.
"Bye angel" I said and peck her lips once more before I actually let her go.

I left her house with the biggest smile that has ever been on my face still feeling her lips against mine.

The best day of my life.
