Chapter 16

A month passed and Thompson had behaved like a total sweetheart with me after the events of last month .

We were currently walking to his car so he could take me home which had become our routine.
"What plans do you have for this Friday?" He asked as he held my hand.
"Mmm nothing planned at all, not even with my family". I replied
"Good because we are going out".
"Oh...ok then. What shall I wear" O asked as I entered the car
"Wear something pretty but confortable. And um no heels".
"Good thing I don't like heels". Thompson chuckled at my comment and started the car so he could get me home.

When I got home my brother was already there
"Hey". I said to Bruce.
"Hi".
He was playing video games so he wasn't going to pay much attention to him.
"So, who's your boyfriend?". My little brother asked not taking his eyes off the TV "Is he the guy you're tutoring?".
"Ok, first of all he's not my boyfriend, and second off all, yes, yes he is". I said taking a seat on the couch.
"Well then what's the deal between you guys". I started telling everything to my brother since we were very close.
"So let me see if I got this straight" he paused the game to look at me "He used to bully you and then he got all nice with you and then he kissed you and now you guys are like friends with benefits?"
"Well yeah, you could say so, I guess. He is taking me out on Friday though". A small smile making it's way in my lips.
"And who has given you permission to go to such date, excuse me?" He crossed his arms.
"Well nobody because I won't have to".
"Oh I'm so telling dad".
"You wouldn't". I said
"Oh yes I will". He said as he grabbed his phone to text my dad about it.
"Oh come on, don't be a bitch. If you do it I won't tell you anything again". I stood up from the couch and crossed my arms".
"I'm joking, of course I won't. Just let that asshole know that if he hurts my little sister I will chop his balls off and then feed them to him".
"Ok no need to but thanks anyway". And with that I went to my room and he continued playing his video games.

The day of the date arrived sooner than I expected and I was getting ready for my date.

I was wearing a yellow dress that has one of those skirts that flew when you turned and some white tenis shoes.

The bell rang and I ran to get the door.
"Hi, let me get my keys and then we can go ok?". I said turning to grab my keys.
"Sure".
When I closed the door he grabbed my waist and pulled me in to kiss me.
"Hey" he smiled against my lips.

After our kiss we went to the car and started out way to our mystery destination (at least for me) for our date.

"So where are we going?". I said, as I turned to look at him.
"It's a surprise angel". Said Thompson as he kissed my hand.
"Oh come on, I'm dying to know".
"You'll find out soon enough". He said with a wink.
After sometime of being on the car he finally parked. But he parked in the middle of nowhere.
"Um Sean, where are we?" I said as I closed the door.
"You'll see soon enough. Come on". Sean grabbed my hand to show me the way. We had to do some walking before we actually got to the place he wanted us to, and it was beautiful.
We were standing in the middle of a sunflower field. I let go of Thompson's hand to take a look at the beautiful flowers.
"Thompson I...these are my favorite flowers". I said speechless.
"I know, that's why I brought you here".
I turned to look at him and kissed him to show how grateful I was.
"Come, let's have some lunch". He said as he pulled me to sit on a picnic blanket which had a basket full of delicious food.

We talked, we laughed and we danced in the middle of the sunflower field, and let me tell you it was the best date of my life.

It soon got dark and we had to return which upset me a little but it was ok because I was exhausted.

"Thanks for today, it was the best day of my life". I said to Thompson, as we stopped in front of my house.
"Nothing to thank me. It makes me happy to see you happy". Sean leaned in to kiss me and after a quick kiss I went into my house.
