"I promise you I'll try my best to be tidy." He said with a smile wide from cheek to cheek.

"You're ok with it?" I asked him surprised, maybe also a bit astonished by his reaction. After the short silence that took place a while ago, my mind started to think of the worst, as always I'd say.

"Well, I want to move with you, no attempts needed, but if you think it'll help you, I guess I'm more than in."

I jumped in his arms, sitting on his lap, with my legs closed around his hips. Him following me in such a stupid thing made my heart going crazy. The pure happiness he always manage to make me feel, filled my heart also now, making me giggle like a little kid after you promised him candies into the crook of his neck, trying desperately to hide the embarrassment.

"Thank you so much, Lan. You can't even imagine how happy it makes me, you accepting all my issues and shit." The least I could was thanking him and obviously paying him back, giving him all the good things he actually deserves, starting with all my unconditional love for him.

"Well, what can I say? It's a beautiful shit." He spouted back taking joke of me. "You seem surprised. I thought you knew after all we went through that I won't give up on you that easily."

Unlocking my arms around his neck, I pulled a bit away, just to be able to face him. Our breathes were surprisingly coordinated, slow and deep, tickling on each other's skin. I was dying to kiss his lips until they were completely consumed by mine, stealing his breathe away like he always does with me and luckily I didn't find neither a reason to wait any longer.

All of a sudden a storm of loud and colorful fireworks started their way illuminating the sky upon us, symbolizing the ongoing celebrations for the special Monaco GP, also creating such a romantic background around us that made us broke the make-out session only to release some goofy giggles, fruits of our light-wight heart.

The tension from before vanished in the air with the smokes of the pyrotechnic show above us and it took only a few minutes to gain back our breath, recomposing ourselves, in order to turn just a bit serious. Staring into his eyes, now even more brighter for the lights in the sky, I completely lost myself. I was literally stargazing in the most beautiful galaxy I could ever imagine, accompanied by the warmness of his strong arms around my hips, tight as a chain impossible to break. One of his hand caressed my cheek in an attempt of pulling away one of the little curl that escaped the rest of the hair, due the sweat from the disco and now the humidity of the outside.

This little move has quickly became natural between us, giving me a sense of comfort that I've never felt anywhere or with anyone else. At the same time though, this same little action shook my mind back to reality, reminding me in a flash all the last events that of course cannot disappear like nothing.

"You have no idea how much I've missed you these days. Lan, I feel so sorry to have ran away, I followed my stupid childish instinct once again. You don't deserve any of that..." I whispered still against him, entangled in his body.

"Hey, hey, stop overthinking about it. We're ok now, aren't we? We've both made many mistakes but this time we found the way to talk it out, even if after a few days of crazy silence torture. I should have asked you to move in with me properly before coming to you with the project already on the table and you, of course, shouldn't have escaped again, but we're human, right? I can see how much we're trying to make things right, don't you agree babe?"

His nose brushed against mine in such a gentle and cute way that made my guilt fade away in an instant. I leaned in once again connecting our lips in a short kiss, another little gesture that has become one of the most natural thing to do in this kind of moment shared together.
