Part 27: Injured

Josephine Rogers Rhee POV

I sighed as I was standing beside Optimus we were with mom and Deanna. We heard screaming. A Molotov was thrown at Richard. We ran over. People are climbing the walls. I grabbed my gun. "Come on!"

I whistled. My dragons dropped down. I got on Jackie's back. He chittered. Predaking landed. Optimus deactivated his holoform. He transformed and got on him.

My dragons flew up into the air. Rosie stayed behind and guarded mom and Deanna.

We got in the air. We saw some people inside and they were killing others.

We then saw a truck. The dragons fired at it. It slammed into the post stand and it hit the gates. My dragons growled.

I then sighed as the horn stopped. Jackie roared and her, Predaking and Riley flew off. We saw some guy in front of Morgan. Riley landed behind him. She growled. Someone stabbed the Man. We saw Carol.

Riley chittered at us. She flew up with us. We flew around. Riley lit some of the terrorist on fire. She roared. Suddenly I felt a large pain in my shoulder. I looked.

I then blacked out.

I woke up and saw Optimus beside me. I looked at him. "Daryl! Where's Daryl!" I said sitting up. "Jo. Joey. Sissy, you need to lay down. Your shoulder is injured.

"I have to tell him! I'm pregnant!" I said. "Okay. I understand that. But you need to lay down." He told me. I nodded. "Thank you." He sighed and sat down at the foot of the bed. "Mom knows. Dad hasn't cane back yet," he told me. I nodded.

Me and mom were on the stand watching for a signal from Dad. Optimus was in his bot form.

We saw balloons. Me and mom then ran to the others. "IT DAD! THAT'S DAD!" I yelled. Rick nodded.

The tower outside the gates fell on them.

I widened my eyes. "MOM!" I grabbed her arm and helped her up. Me and mom ran towards the tower running from the horde. My dragons roared and flew up in the air. Riley dropped in front of us and fired her blast at the walkers.

"MOMMY!" I saw she fell. Optimus first his cannon at the walkers. He then grabbed Mom. I got on the stand.

I slammed on the stand. Optimus put mom on it as well. He then transformed. My dragons flew off.

Glenn saw the dragons. He whistled loudly. They flew down to him. They chittered. Glenn didn't see Riley.

Riley was circling above me and Mom. She refused to leave us behind.

She then landed on the houses. She stayed on it and she kept watch. I sighed.

Riley saw Rick running with Carl. She roared and flew up. She fired her blast at the walkers around them.

She kept firing. Once they got to the infirmary, she stopped.

Walkers started to push on the stand. "HEY! OVER HERE!" I turned. "DAD?!" I yelled. He kept firing at the walkers. "NO! DAD!" I screamed.

"MAGGIE!"

"Enid!"

I grabbed my pistol and started to fire at the walkers. My gun ran out. I tried banging on the stand but it didn't work. They surrounded him. Suddenly there was gunfire.

I saw Abraham and Sasha.

Sasha and Abraham gently helped me and mom over. Jackie nuzzled me. We got on Rosie's back. She then chittered.

Rosie jumped up into the air. She stayed in the air while Daryl poured gasoline in the lake. "NOW!"

I patted Rosie's back. She roared. Jackie and Riley joined us. All three of them then were in a line and fired into the lake. It lit on fire and the walkers got attracted to it.

I was sitting in the infirmary and my brother was making sure I was okay. Daryl was getting his back stitched from a cut. I felt Abraham gently touch my back. I smiled.
