On a bright and bustling morning, Somada and Rupa donned simple disguises and ventured into the vibrant market of Ayodhya. They strolled past colorful stalls, where merchants proudly displayed their wares, and the air was filled with the enticing aroma of spices and street food. The market was a vibrant tapestry of sights, sounds, and smells, and the two friends couldn't help but get caught up in its charm.

They stopped at a jewelry stall, where intricate necklaces and delicate earrings sparkled in the sunlight. Rupa admired a set of silver bangles, and Somada urged her to try them on. "They would look stunning on you, Rupa. Go ahead, see how they feel," she encouraged.

As Rupa hesitantly tried on the bangles, the stall owner couldn't help but notice the radiant smile on her face. "Beautiful choice, young lady," he complimented, unaware of the young women's identities.

As they strolled along, they spotted an array of exquisite fabrics displayed in one of the shops. Somada couldn't help but marvel at the intricate designs and craftsmanship. "Oh, Rupa, look at these beautiful fabrics! They are simply divine," she exclaimed.

Rupa grinned, pleased to see Somada's excitement. "Indeed, they are. Let's find something special for you," she suggested, leading Somada towards a display of rich silk saris. They spent some time choosing the perfect fabric and chatting about their preferences in clothing and fashion.

However, their blissful time was interrupted when they overheard a group of women gossiping nearby. "Did you hear about Prince Angad? He's marrying some orphan girl, they say. Who knows where she's come from? How could he choose her over a royal match? It's scandalous," one of them sneered.

"Who knows where she comes from, but she's definitely not fit to be a princess!"

Somada's heart sank as she saw Rupa's eyes fill with tears. She held her friend close, offering silent support as the men continued to speak ill of Rupa. They continued, "She's probably just a gold-digger, using her charm to trap the prince into marriage."

Anger burned within Somada's heart, but she knew she had to stay strong for Rupa. Somada's protective instincts kicked in, and without a moment's hesitation, she stepped forward, her eyes flashing with determination as she removed her veil to reveal her identity.

"How dare you speak about her like that?" Somada confronted the gossipers, her voice firm and unwavering.

The men turned to look at her, their faces filled with surprise and embarrassment. Somada's gaze was fierce as she continued, "Rupa is an incredible woman, full of kindness and grace. She may not have royal blood, but she possesses qualities far greater than titles or wealth."

The crowd around them began to gather, curious about the confrontation. Somada's eyes blazed with determination as she defended her friend. "She didn't lure Prince Angad into anything. Their love is real and genuine, and they deserve to be happy together."

"Rupa is a woman of dignity, grace, and kindness, and her background does not define her worth."

Rupa wiped away her tears, grateful for Somada's unwavering support. "Thank you, Somada," she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion.

Somada turned back to the men, her voice carrying a mix of anger and disappointment. "You should be ashamed of yourselves for judging someone based on their background. True worth lies in a person's character and heart, not in their lineage or social status."
