"And Cut!"

The producers called out, waving their arms to gesture us to stop the scene. Another exhausting and tiring day of recording for the show came to an end, as everyone around the set let out groans and sighs of relief. I cracked my neck from side to side, resting my hands on my hips. Wally was the first person to notice me, walking up to me with a smile.

"Are you alright honey? That scene wasn't to stressful on you right?" He asks, placing one of his hands on my shoulders giving an a squeeze. I took one of my hands and moved them on top of his, returning his kind gesture with an squeeze of my own. "Y-Yeah Honey, I'm fine. Just been a busy day.."

This seemed to calm Wally down slightly, taking his hand off my shoulder. "I understand, it is stressful having to work this much lately.. especially after 6 years of Welcome Home being on air.." Just the mention of that, it made me realize that we have been working on it for quite sometime. I have to say, it even caught me by surprise. However, during those 6 years of working on the show , I've experienced more things behind the scenes than anyone else has.

Especially with Ronald, the creator.

Around the time I first met Ronald, I could remember that day as if it was yesterday. Now, it was just years ago. He was nice, charming, charismatic, and now he's an whole different person than who he was before. His personality changed throughout the years showing an more demanding and rude man of himself. You mess up an scene, he yells at you and forces you to be out the scene for the rest of the segment. You don't put enough feeling into an scene, and he yells at him tells you to do better.

Oh, and don't even get me started on how he treats his female staffs on the show. He hasn't shown many of this inappropriate behavior with Julie, Sally, or even Poppy. He's only been showing it with me, and some of the rest of his women staff.

Let me explain.. So, a couple years ago I was on a coffee break with Wally, where we both were just spending some time together. My coffee was halfway gone so I decided to excuse myself and get some more from the machine. While I visited by the machine, I overheard two women having an conversation between themselves. I wasn't the type to be so nosy and stuff my nose into other people's business, so I didn't listen in much. That was until one of them brought up the name "Ronald," and in that same sentence mentioned how he tried to bribe one of his female staff who was married, to have an affair with him.

I was in completely SHOCK. I continued to listen in on their conversation to get more information on the situation that I started to hear her talk about how Ronald would objectify his female staff, and refer to them in such sick names. Hearing all of this, it felt.. wrong. There was always a lot of drama that flodded around the studio once a week, so I figured it was probably some false claim that some random woman came up with to get some dirt on Ronald. I still kept this information in the back of my mind of course, yet still choosing not to believe it.

That was until it started happening to me.

One day, I got done finishing up an recording session with Julie and Frank that involved a lot of running and physical activities so I went to grab an drink. I reached up for the water bottles and as if an strange coincidence happened, I suddenly felt someone's hand graze aganist my rear end. Of course, my first thought was Wally, who possibly was just coming up to me to flirt and mess around with me on purpose, so my first initial response was to chuckle.
