A/N : sorry if this chapter seems rushed and short, I had bad writers block this week, and on top of that dealing with school!

but also also, my birthday is coming up on the 9th this week, so I wanted to get it out before my birthday!

____________

"Missing?! What do you mean missing?!"

I was pacing back and forth in my bedroom like an mad man! These news alone got me sweating and worrying more than I should be. Barnaby was in the room with me, leaning against the edge of the bed as I paced.

"W-Well, you asked everyone where he was so I decided to go check out around the neighborhood for him.. I-i checked every single place I could think, Howdy's place, Home, man even everyone's roofs! Ain't an single sign of the fella.."

Barnaby shook his head with an frown on his face. Even he was surprised about Wally's disappearance. I stopped my pacing and came to an thought, only thinking of the worst.

"Oh gosh, what if he's somewhere that we don't know of? What if he's in trouble o-or he could be hurt or even worse?! What if he never comes back, I-i mean there's so many possibilities and outcomes about this I-i-"

I didn't even notice or feel myself starting to pull on my hair in an panic and fear for his safety. He was so naive to everything, the man couldn't even count to 13 if told him! I started to fan my face with my hands and did fast in and outs breath that only made my breathing worse than before. Barnaby was quick to jump to his feet at the sight of my near panic attack.

"Hey, Hey! Doll, calm down. I'm sure he couldn't have gotten far. Let's give the neighborhood another good look together to be certain of it. We can't just jump to conclusions so fast.."

He patted my back and helped me focus on my breathing. I managed to calm down and exhaled through my mouth one last time, feeling my worries go away. I opened up my eyes and stared up at him with an small frown.

"O-Okay.."

"I'll tell everyone else to help us look... We'll make sure to check high and low for him."

____________

After what nearly felt like constant hours and hours of back and forth roaming across the neighborhood, there wasn't an single trance of Wally to be found. No clues, no signs, no mystery ransom note. It was as if he really just disappeared out the blue. He didn't even take his car out, so he didn't physically leave the neighborhood. This was all making no sense to neither of us, that we even started to think of an possibility of him getting kidnapped.

Julie, Sally and me all checked around the neighbors houses for any clues of him, yet came to no avail. Everytime an person came up to us and told them they found nothing, my hope only began to crumble by the second. I didn't even want them waking up to me anymore, the words alone put me down deeper into the ground.

I stared down at the golden wedding ring that bounced off the sunlight. The ring that was given to me as an sign of commitment, to the love of my life that was now labelled missing. Howdy and Barnaby were both nice enough to alert the police outside the neighborhood about his disappearance, in hopes of getting it around the town and possibly to other puppets around the community.

"Any luck Frank?" Eddie looks over at Frank with an frown, wiping the sweat forming in between the crease of his eyebrows.

Frank made his way up with the rest of us, letting out an small grunt. "Nothing, he's completely gone, poof!" He places his hands on top of his knees, catching small inhales of breaths. My heart was starting to race at what felt like 1000 miles per hour.
