~Chapter 27~

Addy Pov.

I feel Ingressus pull me closer to him so that our chests our touching as I look up at him, the music keeps going and all he does is gently move me from side to side before leaning down and kissing me. I kiss him back before he pauses.

"I need to go take care of your brother and make sure he's okay, I'll be right back." He sighs then turns towards the door and walks out.

Ingressus Pov.

I walk up to the medic's room and kick the door open throwing my arms out dramatically and see Brayden flinch back.

"Hello helpless Nestoris!" I yell and see him give me an offended look. I start laughing and knock myself into a wall on accident.

"Great your back." He sighs.

"Yeah, and i have a few things to tell you this time." I say and sit down beside him cheerfully.

"I'm not interested." He snarls and I shake my head.

"Alright I guess you don't want to hear about your sister." I say and check his arm as he looks back over at me so quickly that I hear his neck crack.

"What about her?" He demands and I chuckle lightly.

"Well me and her are getting married tomorrow." I say and grin as he widens his eyes.

"You're lying." He says firmly as I wrap his arm back up.

"No I'm not and we're going to have kids so you're going to be an uncle." I say and grin. I think she wants to have kids, I guess I'll talk about it with her after the dance.

"I don't want to have to take care of children!" He groans.

"You won't be, me and Addy will almost always be there." I assure him and see him let out a breath. "Welp I'm going back to the dance, have fun in here, Vena is going to take you back in an hour."

I walk back out of the room and laugh to myself about his reaction. He was so shocked, I just can't. I walk back into the dance and see Addy turned around, seemingly sad. I sneak up behind her and grab her from behind, spinning around while holding her. I set her back down as she glances back at me.

"I told your brother about us getting married." I say and see her smile a bit, pulling her closer to me again and spinning her, swapping places with her then hugging her.

"I'm thirsty, are you?" I ask and see her nod, I nod as well then lead her over to the stand with the drinks, getting a cup of blood and letting her get her water, I see her start sipping it before I dumb all of the blood in my cup into my mouth, swallowing and looking towards her as she stares.

"Are you done with the dance?" I ask and see her nod. I take her hand and lead her out of the dance towards our room, walking in and leading her over to our bed. I lay down and feel her lay down beside me, resting her head on my shoulder.

"What do you want to do once we're married, do you want kids?" I ask and feel her grip my hand.

"Yeah, I want kids I'm just nervous to have them because of the pain." I hear her whisper and turn towards her, burying my nose in her hair. 

"I'll help you through everything, just start listing things you want to do once we're married" I say and she nods for a minute.

"Well I want at least two kids, I want to get our own place to stay, perhaps if we can get the Voltaris to make peace with the other clans." She sighs, at least she has hope that we can. Hope that I fear I lost a long time ago, thinking the only answer was violence.

"I want that to..." I manage and see her smile. See my future wife smile. When we were dating, I knew that we were going to get married, but after I killed everyone, I lost hope. Because we were engaged, and I lost what I once had. I missed her every day I was away from her even if I was wihth my clan. It just wasn't the same... I kiss her gently and feel her breathe into my mouth before I stop and hug her, stroking her neck. She will always be safe... and will always be mine, I will make sure everything she wants happens, we will have kids, and she will be mind... forever...

Achillean Pov.

I passed out, where am I? Addy's getting married... bad... Ugh... what happened?

"Achillean! You're ok!" Senn yelps and I feel him wrap me into a tight hug.

"Yeah I'm fine," I manage and see Ria behind Senn, hugging him from behind. 

"You just passed out and we panicked." she explains guiltily.

"It's fine, It was just shocking news to me, I wasn't expecting him to manage to seduce her and I fear that once they're married, they'll want kids." I manage and feel a warm hand on my shoulder, glancing back to see Galleous behind me, his eyebrows furrowed before he shakes his head.

"It will all be ok in the end, but for now, we need to plan our next attack... or get ahead on the hunt for the Primes." He says and I nod.

"Yeah, this can get pushed aside for a minute while we figure this out." I manage and nod. Senn and Ria nod as well and Ria rests her chin on Senn's shoulder. It reminds me of when I had a girlfriend, how sweet she was, how Ingressus killed her and how my sister is marrying him. He took everything from us, there is no good in him and she should know that. I walk towards the meeting table and see Ria clench her fists.

"I still can't believe she accepted, she wouldn't, she's smarter than that, or I thought she was." Ria snarls and I clench my fists.

"She is smart, she just made a mistake like you did when you just said that." I snap and pin my ears as she raises her eyebrows for a minute before stopping and turning back towards the map but in my head I can't believe it either...
