Next day,

Sidharth informed his family about the marriage and asked them to come to London as soon as possible.

Their family was shocked to know about Shehnaaz's illness. They never thought that Shehnaaz had to go through all this.

" Shehnaaz ke saath hi aakhir aisa kyu ho raha hai", Anabia asked her husband Asad, crying.

" Kuch nahi hoga Shehnaaz ko…. Allah Shehnaaz ko jaldi hi thik kar denge", Asad said, wiping her tears.

" Meri bachi", Shehnaaz's grandmother whispered in her room.

" Yeh waqt kamjor padne ka nahi hai Begum. Hum ghar mein sabse bade hai. Agar hum hi himmat har jaye ge toh bacho ka kya hoga…. sambhalo khud ko", Shehnaaz's grandfather told her.

Everyone in the family was very worried for Shehnaaz and prayed for her to get well soon.

Next day, they packed their bags and went to London through their family's  private jet.

Within two days, they make the arrangements for Shehnaaz and Sidharth's marriage.

Family was busy in arrangement while Sidharth was busy in taking care of Shehnaaz.

Finally the time came when they got married and became husband and wife.

" Nikah mubarak Begum Sahiba", Sidharth whispered to her.

Shehnaaz's eyes were wet in happiness. But she was worried as well for their future.

In the night, Shehnaaz was lying on the bed, wrapped inside Sidharth's arms.

Sidharth was caressing her hair, making her smile.

" Sidharth agar main aapse kuch mangu toh kya aap mujhe woh denge?"Shehnaaz asked him.

" Haa bilkul….", Sidharth said to her.

" Phle wada kijiye", Shehnaaz said.

" Don't you trust me", Sidharth said, teasing her.

" Sidharth aapko pata hai main aap par iss duniya mein sabse jyada bharosa karti hu…. Don't tease me aur chup chap wada kijiye", Shehnaaz said stubbornly.

" Acha baba…promise", Sidharth said, holding her hand.

" Aab batao kya chahiye tumhe", Sidharth asked her.

" Main chahti hu ki agar Operation ke time mujhe kuch ho gaya toh aap dusri shadi….", before she could complete her sentence, Sidharth stopped her by kissing her lips angrily.

" Aaj kahe diya dobara mat kehna….kuch nahi hoga tumhe samjhi…kuch nahi….. Hum dono hamesha saath rahenge…hume koi alag nahi kar sakta koi bhi nahi", Sidharth said, taking deep breaths.

" Chalo ab so jao", Sidharth said, making her lie on his chest.

Soon Shehnaaz went into deep slumber due to medicines.

Soon Shehnaaz was admitted to hospital for tests before her Operation.

These days Shehnaaz stays in the hospital with Sidharth while their family comes everyday to meet Shehnaaz.

Everyone was always smiling in front of Shehnaaz to keep her happy but they were crying hiding inside their rooms seeing Shehnaaz in pain.

The day came when Shehnaaz's Operation was organised.

" Bas itna yaad rakhna Shehnaaz ke main hamesha tumhare saath hu chahiye kuch bhi kyu na ho jaye…..", Sidharth told Shehnaaz, kissing her forehead.

" I love you", Shehnaaz whispered with wet eyes.

" I love you too meri jaan", Sidharth said smiling. Shehnaaz can see the fear in his eyes for her.

Everyone in the family met Shehnaaz before doctors took Shehnaaz to the Operation room.

It has been more than five hours since the operation started. Sidharth was feeling restless and praying to God to keep him and Shehnaaz always together.

One hour later, Sidharth was sitting on the hospital bench with his eyes closed.

Asad saw him and went close to him.

" Bhai", he called Sidharth but  Sidharth didn't reply.

" Bhai…", Asad said, shaking his shoulder.

As soon as he touches Sidharth's shoulder, Sidharth falls on him, making him scared.

" Bhai…. Sidharth bhai…." He shouted, making their family come towards them.

" Abbu dekhiye na bhai ko kya ho gaya hai….", Asad said with tears in his eyes.

" Sidharth…Sidharth.." Sidharth's father tried to wake him.

" Doctor…. doctor….", Sidharth's father shouted.

Sidharth's mother was crying seeing Sidharth unconscious.

Doctor asked hospital staff to bring him inside the emergency room.

Doctor do the check up and comes outside the room within five minutes.

" Kya hua hai Sidharth ko…woh theek hai na?", Sidharth's father asked him.

" I am sorry. He is no more….", Doctor said with a sad expression.

" Sidharth", Sidharth's father whispered with tears in his eyes.

" Yeh aap kya khe rahe hai….mera beta abhi toh bilkul thik tha….aab aap khe rahe hai ke woh hume chod kr chala gaya…aap pagal ho gaye hai kay", Sidharth's mother said crying.

Everyone was crying hearing about Sidharth.

" I am sorry", the Doctor said and went from there.

They were crying for Sidharth when doctors who were Operating Shehnaaz came out and told them about Shehnaaz.

" We tried our best but we were not able to save her…..we are sorry", Doctors told them, making them cry more.

" Sidharth…. Shehnaaz….", Their grandfather whispered.

In one day, they lost two members of their families.

They took Shehnaaz and Sidharth's bodies to their home for final rituals.

" Aab koi nahi roye ga. Sidharth aur Shehnaz Jahan bhi honge , dono saath honge…..khush honge….agar tum saab aise dukhi raho ge toh woh bhi kaise khush rahe ge…", Sidharth's grandfather said, trying to give strength to their family.

Sidharth and Shehnaaz's souls were standing a little away from them, holding hands together, smiling at their families.

" Chale..", Sidharth asked Shehnaaz.

" Jii", Shehnaaz replied smiling.

Both of them smile at their families for the last time before disappearing from this world.

Ishq ka sirf ek hi maqsad hota ha…….pura hona, ess duniya mein na sahi toh uss duniya mein hi sahi…..
