[A.N: So sorry for the complete suckiness of this chapter. It just sucks and it's so boring]

I wake up, stretching my arms. I accidently knock into his head and he whines.
"Morning." He whispers.
"Morning, we've got a meeting. You should get changed." I reply. He smiles uncomfortably as he grabs something from his bag and runs back into the bathroom. An embarrassing blush warms my cheeks. I cool it with my hands. I stand up and put on my black sneakers.

He scuffles out a few minutes later dressed in black basketball shorts with no shirt.
"Tris, come one, let's go." He walks toward me and grabs my hand. "Four, maybe a shirt?" I say with a laugh.
He looks down and smiles, "Why do you find this distracting?"
I laugh, "It's very distracting!" I chuckle.
He smiles, "Alright, alright." He lets go of my hand and scrambles through his bag. He pulls out a shirt and pulls it over his head. He reaches for my hand again. I thread my fingers with his. We walk to the Garden together. Jeanine, Johanna, and Jack are sitting on the roots of the tree. Johanna smiles and waves us in. I sit next to Tobias and Johanna.
Johanna clears her throat and speaks, "We have some serious issues to discuss. Four and Six are hear in place of Eric."
She stops and coughs, "The Abnegation leader could not make it. I'm here on behalf of all the Amity."
Jack coughs, "Yes, we must focus on the task at hand. Topic is the gates. Should there be guards? If so, for how long? What faction?"
Jeanine pushes up her useless glasses, "There should be guards, maybe 12 hours a day and from Abnegation."
Johanna's face contorts, "No. Not Abnegation, their weak and afraid."
Jeanine sighs, "Then what idea do you have?"
Jack straightens up, "I suppose we could just get rid of the guards and lock it up with key codes and stuff."
Johanna shakes her head, "That's no good, then everyone can just come strolling out if they know the key code. Four, Tris, what do you think?"

I scoff, "Dauntless guards, 24/7." I say simply. Tobias nods, he runs his finger down my palm, leaving a trail of electricity behind it. I shiver in the warm air. Jeanine looks unhappy.
"I don't think we should listen to children." Jeanine hisses.
Jack scoffs, "They certainly are not children. Obviously, they must be important to their faction to be here, Jeanine. They are as much a child as you." A smile dances across my lips but I suppress it. Jeanine looks taken aback.

Jack speaks again, "Okay, next issue. This one is Jeanine's idea." He chuckles, "Should the Abnegation be in charge of all Political movements?" Jeanine's eyes spark with new found confidence.
Johanna laughs silently to herself, "I think they should. They, after all, are the selfless ones." She smiles.
Jack breathes out, "I agree with Johanna. Four? Six?"
Tobias speaks strongly, "They have held a good government system for as long as I can remember, why wouldn't we leave it to the pro's?" I nod.
Johanna bows her head, "Okay. Issue resolved, Abnegation stays leader. Next issue." She nods toward Jack.

Jack clears his throat, "Okay, the Factionless need to be handled differently," I instantly think of Edward, "They need better places to stay. Last month, I found 3 sleeping in the closet of Candor headquarters!" He recalls and shivers, "What do we do?" He asks.
I speak up, "There's an empty section behind the Abnegation sector used for nothing. There's one large warehouse. I think we should open it up and give them free range over there."
Jeanine nods, "I second that notion."
Johanna nods slowly, "Third."
Jack doesn't look convinced, but he nods warily, "Fourth. That was the last issue. Seems like this assortment of leaders do well together. I will see you all later next month for our next meeting. Bye." He stands and so does Jeanine.
"Bye," says Jeanine. I nod and they leave together. I stand and shake Johanna's hand.
"Thank you for allowing us to stay here. It was wonderful." I say to her as she shakes Tobias's hand.
She smiles and says, "It's my pleasure. I hope to see you next month."
I smile, "Maybe." I grab Tobias's hand. Johanna scurries away. I walk to the back of the Garden and grab a hand full of Katniss roots.
I turn to him, "Let's go home."
