Unpredictable duo

Chapter 24

Third person pov

Izuku walked into shinsou's hospital room, "Heyy shinsou" Izuku said, catching his attention.. shinsou stared at him "what happened" shinsou asked bluntly but Izuku wasn't surprised. "What do you remember" Izuku asked first, "I remember things.." shinsou said to high made Izuku nod.
"The doctor  said you put up one hell of a fight" Izuku mumbled under his breath.

"What do you mean what happened" shinsou asked a bit more alarm now knowing his body hurt from defense. "Toga caught you on the way home, I'm assuming you guys fought she knocked you out and you were knocked unconscious" Izuku explained to him. Shinsou sat there quiet for a moment. He does remember going to get something to eat but not much after that. Shinsou took a deep breath "how did you guys find me" shinsou asked curiously.

Izuku gave him a nervous look which shinsou didn't quite understand why. "It was actually all denki, to be honest we as a class failed you because no one believed it" Izuku admitted with a shameful look. Shinsou was a bit stunned, his thoughts pondered. "Well what happened" shinsou asked but before Izuku could even answered the door opened.

Denki peeked his head at the two, "hey shinsou just wanted to see if you were okay" denki said but he didn't come into the room. " I see you guys are a having a conversation so if you'll excuse me" denki said then he closed the door. Both Izuku and shinsou sat there confused, "well that was something" Izuku said with a nervous laugh. Shinsou waved it off "I'll go talk to him later" and he meant it, he did want a conversation with denki,
Denki sighed softly once he closed the door. He didn't  expect Izuku to be in there nor shinsou to be up. He was too nervous to even uphold a conversation with him, but he just wanted to see if he was okay. Denki's emotions were rising, his eyes were watering as if he was about it to cry. Denki really did not know where to go, he wanted to be alone but in an open space. and really only one place came the mind, the roof, even though aizawa did not want him up there he really needed the comfort right now. so thats exactly what he did, he tried to make sure he was seen by no one and eventually made his way to the rooftop. 

denki plopped down on the edge of the building, letting his legs dangle off the side of the building. even if no one saw him up here he was pretty sure nezu had cameras up here and he would probably talk to Aizawa which would make his sensei scold him, but as much as he was thinking about it, he really didn't care. he didn't feel the need to care about anything right now really. the recent events ran through his head, and it made Denki feel like a complete joke, it made him angry, disappointed in his classmates and in his self.  he knew he was the jokester, he knew he was the prankster, he knew he was easy going and not really the first to take things seriously. but to the point where no one he reached out to for help even helped him. was he really that much of a joke to them? 

then shinsou, he was atleast relieved that he was able to get shinsou unharm but toga could literally have done anything to shinsou and it would be their fault for not even noticing. denki couldn't keep it in anymore, the tears streamed down denki's face even faster but he kept himself quiet, letting out the pain silently.

Izuku sat by shinsou side for hours not leaving his side, after telling him what happened shinsou sat there genuinely shocked. he felt, indifferent towards kaminari now, he also felt a bit guilty too. because he didn't take kaminari too seriously before, he always saw him joking around and playing the butt of the joke. shinsou really though he was just a dumber mineta. but this really does change the way he looked at denki. 

the days passed on normally, and after as through checkup of shinsou body, it was determined that he could go back to his study's. during those days denki stayed to his self and avoided everybody like the plague, and no one stopped him, to avoid their guilt not talking to him was  the only thing to do in this case. shinsou's first day back to class aizawa was assigning a project to a pair. "shinsou your gonna be with kaminari" aizawa called out the names on the list, instead of being dreadful like shinsou would usually be, he found this the perfect opportunity to properly thank denki and maybe get to know him now. which was honestly new to shinsou, he didn't even know how he would get to know someone seeing as he did not have a alot of friends growing up.
