Klayton resisted the urge to rise from his slumber, he was having such a nice sleep that he didn't even notice how much time has passed and he never cared because he hasn't slept this nicely in ages, but unfortunately his rest was soon interrupted.

If it was up to him, he would've charged straight through the glass right at King and rip him to shreds right now just because he ruined his sleep, much like how the man ruined his and his sister's lives. But he can't do that without worrying about the consequences that will come afterwards.

As much as he hated to do it, the Indominus lazily got up and shook his head in irritation, the sooner he gets done with this the better so he can get back to sleep.

He walked at a slow pace since he just woke up and is still sleepy, he was actually annoyed that King didn't even specify what he was supposed to do be doing, why move him to another pen when this one is perfectly fine? And why does he need to be with other dinosaurs? The only dinosaur he needs right now is his sister and he pretty much sees any other dinosaur as food.

But because of what King had just told him, there's no way he's going to be able to hurt the other dinosaurs because if he does then his life will end here and he won't be able to fulfill his promise of finding Alice.

The giant hybrid walked through the tunnel that led into his new pen, right now he doesn't intend to interact with any of the other dinosaurs because what reason would he have to do so? He'll be killed on sight if he is seen attacking them and he doesn't even care about making friends so what does it matter?

Sometimes Klayton wonders why bigger creatures like him are put into these cages yet humans are so much smaller but they're the ones keeping them locked up as if they're some kind of pet.

It should be the other way around.

Creatures like him are predators and those humans are prey, so why on earth are they the ones gifted with the ability to make these inventions when it should be people like him? It baffles him that he has to fear such tiny creatures, he'd even go as far as calling them ants and he wouldn't be too far off either because he's way bigger than them.

Why can't nature make sense? He's the bigger animal so they should all listen to him. He should be the one they should be scared of but no, what they fear is an old man with anger issues, it's the best way he can describe Gustavus without the man hearing what he has to say.

At times like this, Klayton wished the world could bend to him. that way he'll be able to choose what is right and wrong in this world and what punishment people will get if they dare defy him, but he's not exactly sure if Alice would like it that way.

Would she still love her brother if he became a dictator?

He may not know it, but right now all Alice wants is a quiet life, a life in which she doesn't have to worry about anything other than hunting to keep herself alive. She doesn't strive to rule over others, that was the old Alice, the one who proclaimed herself as some sort of invincible queen who could never be beaten.

Just two minutes into the tunnel, Klayton was already bored out of his mind. There was nothing but light and glass and that was it, who knows how long he has to walk for. at the pace he's going he wouldn't be surprised if it took him an hour to get to his new holding pen.

As he walked he saw himself in the glass, he hasn't seen his reflection ever since he was young so it was almost like he was looking at someone else who wasn't him. And yet, there he was, no longer the small juvenile dinosaur he used to be.

He walked, and walked, and walked. The more he moved forward the more irritated he became because not only was he woken up from a nice sleep but now he has to deal with this seemingly endless tunnel that'll just lead to another cell for him to spend the rest of his days in, if it led outside then he would start rushing to get out even if he just woke up.
