"Wake up the pancakes are ready" I yell.

When I don't receive an answer, I walk to the guest bedroom. I knock on the door and wait. There's still no sign of life, so I knock again.

When I still don't get an answer, I open the door and switch on the light."Wake up. I've made breakfast," I say in a loud, clear voice.

Then I notice some movement under the covers, followed by a few sleepy mumbles. I sigh and pull open the curtains. Golden sunlight fills the room, and it's stunning to see."You should see this. It's gorgeous," I tell Emma.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Just let me sleep," she mumbles."Well, if you don't want breakfast, then you can go back to sleep. But just so you know, I won't be making it again," I tell her as I walk out of the room.

A few minutes later, Emma stumbles through the door and sits down on the chair by the kitchen table. She starts eating her pancakes. After taking the first bite, her face stays completely neutral. When she sees the expression on my face, she bursts out laughing."It's delicious," she says.

"Ha, that's funny. What do you really think of it? Don't lie," I say, convinced she's just being nice."No, really. You should consider opening a bakery. These are so delicious," she says with food still in her mouth.

I laugh. I can't bake to save my life, let alone cook. When she has finished her breakfast we discuss our plans for the day "I don't know, maybe we should just do nothing" Emma suggests.

"Nahh that would be such a waste of the day" I let out a sigh. "We could get some furniture for the spare rooms and than you can move into those" I suggest.

"Yeah, we could do that" she agrees. "Do you have a car?" she asks me. "I don't know" I answer whitout thinking. I quickly look over to her, but I think that she didn't hear it.

I didn't even realise that I didn't do a full house tour for myself to even check if I have a car.

What also is unusual, is that my appartment isn't located on the third floor, instead it's directly on the ground floor, meaning that I just have a house?
We walk together to the garage and I open the door. In front of me sits Chevrolet bel air 57 in black color, this is my dream car.

I gawk at the car in disbelief. "Are you alright, you look like you've never seen this car before?" She asks me confused.

I snap back into reality and walk around the car. "It's my car," I say hastily, trying to think of an appropriate answer. "It's just that every time I look at it, I'm amazed by how cool this car is," I add, immediately cringing at myself.
