I wake up from some sound, looking up I see Kaine staring at me. "hi" I say whit a smile forming on my face.

"hey, how are you. I mean you took some pretty hard hits yesterday?" Kaine asks.

"me?, what about you?" I laugh.

"everything hurts but I guess that's normal" he smiles.

"oh god, I'm sorry. did I bother you yesterday or rather in the night?" I ask worried. "well you seemed to be having some trouble sleeping" Kaine says. "what do you mean?". "you were like talking in your sleep about something. Ehm it seemed like you were having a hard time" He says. "did I?" I ask raising my eyebrows. "yeah you did. let's get up to make breakfast" As he says that I push myself of him and get out of his bed.

"did you ever think about what will happen next, I mean im totally out of ideas on what to do" I say walking around his room.

"we will see what happens" Kaine says.

I look back to him and all of the sudden he pulls of his shirt.

"You enjoy the view?" Kaine says whit a smirk.

"you could say that" I smile before going to my own room.

I put on some light blue shorts and a black shirt. I then walk downstairs. seeing that no one is in the living room, I grab some food and give it to Morris and Meavis. then I open quin his cage and he flies around the room for a second before landing on my shoulder. I quickly grab his food and feed it to him.

after he flies off I walk to the kitchen and grab 4 eggs and bread. I grab the eggs and crack them one by one. I throw them all in the pan and set up the fire.

I'm getting bored of the silence so I turn on the radio and dance to whatever song is on.

it's so bad that it's 1979, because in the 80s all the good songs come out. take as an example 'should I stay or should I go' I mean that one comes out in 82. so that means I have to wait 2 more years.

thinking about years I wonder from which one Kaine and Brian come from.

"nice dancing" I hear a voice say scaring the shit out of me.

I turn around to see Kaine leaning against the doorframe.

"Jesus you scared me. well if you want to know I have this kind of weird question" I say turning around.

"and what is it?" I hear his voice suddenly really close.

"well Ehm, I was wondering from what year did you come from, before all this" I ask.

"here let me take it over" He slowly grabs the pan out of my hands.

"well to answer your question, I came out of 98. and how did all this happen well, we used to be like a total nerds back in school. like we loved science and all that stuff. one day we threw some crazy stuff togheter like a really high power machine. so that's how we got in new York. By the way this happend like a few month ago not that long" he explains.

"that's some crazy shit, so you're like really smart?" I smile leaning on the counter.

"yeah, y'a didn't expect it?" Kaine puts some bread in the toaster. "no I didn't expect it really. Wait you said that this all happens a few month ago. wait that's crazy, because a few month I got sucked in this book. like it kind of ate me" i try to figure out how to say it.

"it ate you" Kaine says bursting out laughing.

"stop, don't laugh it was like that oke" I say hitting his shoulder.

"I'll wake up the two lovebirds" I say.

"but we're already awake" Kaine grins.
"Kaine!" I yell before running upstairs.

opening the door to em's room I expected to see her but I don't. I run up the stairs to Brian's room and yep there they are. "wake up" I yell. when they don't wake I pull of the covers. "wake up" I yell once more. this time they do wake up. once they sit up I run downstairs.

"breakfast is ready" Kaine says.

I walk up to him "you're the best" I give him a kiss on the cheek.

"oh I know" he says.

"I've been thinking about It, you're 17 right" Kaine sits across from me. "yeah why?". "you're going to school in two weeks" He says shortly. "No I'm not". "yes you are". "No Kaine I'm not" I say.

"Yes Ryann, will drag your ass to school if I have to" Kaine says.

"This is unfair, I have like zero friends" I whine.

"well then you make friends". "Sure Dad" I say sarcastic. "I'm not your dad". "well you sure sound like one" i take a bite of my breakfast.

Em and Brian join and I tell them about me joining school. They all found that I should because I'm a minor. "that's such a bullshit" I say as I finish eating.

I walk to the couch and watch some TV.

after like an hour I hear a yell. it comes from the backyard so I look around. I then see Kaine holding his stomach and Brian standing next to it.

I stand up and walk towards the scene. "what happend" I ask. "I think something is wrong." he groans. "like what do you think, did something snap or anything?" I ask worried. "I don't know, but it hurts so fucking much" Kaine breathes out. before kind of collapsing on the ground. I quickly pull him up and support him by his waist. "Brian help me" I ask. Brian quickly wraps a arm around him and He puts Kaine's arm around his shoulder, I do the same.

"fuck I really shouldn't have  put on this white goddam shirt" Kaine says.

"yeah you shouldn't, Holy shit" I mumble at the sight of his bloody shirt.

"yeah Holy shit" Kaine repeats me.

"where do we bring you to?" Brian asks.

"Ehm my room I guess" Kaine mumbles.

we walk to his room and lay him down on his bed. "what can I do for you" Brian asks. "nothing really" Kaine asks. Brian sighs and walks out of his room. I go and follow but Kaine stops me "wait stop, I didn't say that you could do nothing" " Kaine says.

I raise my eyebrow as I turn back around. " well what can I do for you then? "I walk to him and sit on his bed." can you help me, whit all this " He asks." yeah sure, do you need to get it off?"I ask pointing to his shirt." I can do that myself don't worry" Kaine laughs.

he pulls off his shirt for the second time in this day.

I see that a few cuts have gone open. "oh god, that's much. doesn't it hurt?, yeah I must do" I say. "yeah it does hurt, we don't have any pain killers by chance?" Kaine groans. "Ehm, yeah I think I have some" I run of to my room and pull out a little bag. I find there some strong painkiller because he's gonna need it.

"here" I hand him the pain killer and some water. he takes on the pain killer and chugs down the water.

"what do I need to do, I mean I love you but I can't stitch" I laugh.

"you don't need to, just get some cloth to clean it shit alcohol and get some bandages" he orders me. "sure thing boss" i joke.

I grab everything and start to clean his stomach and chest. "now I need to wrap the bandages around it?" I ask. "yeah isn't that obvious?" Kaine says. "well I'm sorry" I answer. I begin to wrap the bandage around him. starting from his chest to his waist. "you do need to sit up tho" I say.

Kaine sits up and I wrap everything around him thight. "now be a big boy and put on a shirt" I pat his chest.

"and go to sleep, you need it I'll be here in case something bad happens" I sit on the edge of his bed.

"alright thank you so much" Kaine says as he goes to sleep.

1402 words. it's nice, I had to rewrite this chapter because I didn't save it but I like this version beter.
