"What's he doing here?" Seto inquires as soon as he sees the alpha, both Kyoko and Arnold look at each other in sync- trying to decipher what the boy meant. The lining of his brow shifts as Arnold arches an eyebrow.

"What do you mean?"

Kyoko asks, a playful tone of his shows he was trying to lighten up the atmosphere.

"Didn't he have to deal with some, I recall as-- urgent matters?"

Visible creases draw Kyoko forehead as he scrunches his face in stress. Taking his chance to glance back and forth at the two people looking at him with expectant expression on their faces. Both wanted answers while Kyoko had none for either of them.

"Maybe we should go to the place you mentioned, Arnold. I… can't wait!"

Without giving them any further time to ask him more questions, Kyoko babbles.

He grabs the hem of Arnold's t-shirt and pulls him outside, trotting along the way and when the door finally shuts behind them, a huge sigh of relief leaves his mouth, arising the question from Arnold.

"Darling, were you lying to me when you said it was not a big deal? Did you really miss your brother? Or you just wanted to avoid me?"

Thick lump weighs Kyoko's neck, his mind now turns blank and his mouth runs dry. Thus, he couldn't bring himself to utter a single word. His eyes roamed everywhere but at Arnold. With no possible satisfactory answer, fidgeting his hands he met his gaze with Arnold. The alpha was waiting patiently for his answer.

"I-- I don't know."

He slowly mumbles and his shoulders slumped down. The atmosphere went silent and Kyoko's initial rapid heart beat had finally started to thump slowly.

It was only after Arnold let out a sigh, his body tenses up again in anticipation to what Arnold was going to say next.

"If you don't want, there is no need to force you. Have a nice day, darling."

Arnold turned his heels to walk away. Mixture of relief, desperation and anxiety hit Kyoko, and in the heat of the moment he grabs the latter's hand, making him halt in his steps.

"No! Don't go," he pleads.

Removing Kyoko's hand, Arnold said: "You don't want me right now. What is there for me to by staying here?"

"That's not true. Not now but I will come out clean someday, so.... don't go."

The hesitance and uncertainty had now changed into desperation as Kyoko clung onto Arnold, he wasn't even sure why he was so afraid of Arnold a few moments ago when the boy in front of him is clearly the one he is in love with, the one who is in love with Kyoko and the one who is his bonded mate.

Arnold reaches out his hand and rubs Kyoko's cheeks with his thumb, "I can wait." He masks his dissatisfaction with a smile.

Kyoko remains unengage as his eyebrows widen in excitement. The corner of his lips stretches when his face breaks out into a wide smile.

"So, is the date still available?"

Arnold asks and the latter rapidly nods his head to show his agreement.

"Let's go!" The light haired coquetishly grabs Arnold's hand urges him to follow.

"Are you sure this is okay? We won't get in trouble?"

Kyoko asks again shuffling through the bushes as he walks behind Arnold in the midst of a forest.

Arnold had his hands full of bags and a picnic blanket. He half turns towards Kyoko, "don't worry darling, I have everything under control." With a reassuring tone he replies. And, the latter didn't want to know what he meant by under control. Maybe if he hadn't experienced the scene first-hand, Kyoko wouldn't have believed that the same gentle alpha in front of him was brutally violating someone. But eyes don't lie.

Both of them walked in silence, letting the nature do the filling for them. Kyoko would occasionally squeak, causing Arnold to stop and check if his mate was okay but rather than that only sounds of insects and cricktes dominated the environment.

After a few distance of walking, Kyoko finally let out a relieved sigh seeing how the big figure in front of him had stopped.

"Are we there?" He skipped towards Arnold, excitedly but was stunned in his feet at the scene, one would describe it as: breathtakingly beautiful. It was a clear space in the middle, maybe the edge of the jungle, Kyoko had no way to know. The fireflies were dancing around the empty space and the stars shone as beautiful as diamonds in the night sky.

"Woah!" He gasped.

"Do you like it?" Arnold inches closer at Kyoko. "Like? I love it. It's better than my idea to visit planeterium!"

He lets out a squeal like little kid who had just gotten his favourite toy and runs around.

"Don't go too far," Arnold calls out while laying the blanket and setting the arrangements.

"Darling, come here."

He pats the space besides him and the said boy acclimates to his words.

"It's so pretty."

Kyoko's eyes lit up as it held the stars of the night sky with in. "Indeed, it is." Arnold agress as he sets his gaze on Kyoko whose eyes were still twinkling in excitement.

But, if someone were to ask Arnold, nothing could compare to Kyoko, none would even come closer.

"Wasn't it hard to find this place?" Kyoko shifts his gaze towards Arnold, his expression showing nothing more that awe towards his alpha.

"Not really- on a second thought, yes it was."

Arnold continues, "doen't my effort earn me a reward?"

He intones casually, clearly ensuniating his desires.

Kyoko only huffs at him but not too long after that, he finds himself on his lover's embrace, giggling and enjoying each other's presence as if they were the only one in the whole world.
