Few moments ago
The taxi drives further and further into an unknown territory, Kyoko's phone had already been confiscated by the driver when the gun was pointed at his head but what he didn't know was Kyoko was carrying two phones, the other one belonging to his brother Ame. He had sneaked it inside his shoes when his intuition warned him something was wrong.
It was his first phone and the model was pretty outdated but still worked, since Kyoko would use it sometimes when he was bored and fiddle with its function and he never took out the sim.
The expression on his face remained the same throughout the ride, he tried to be as calm as he could. The driver would take ocassional glances at him through the mirror and Kyoko would only glare at him, not saying a word.
Soon, the car stopped and he was dragged inside a warehouse. While, he was getting in Kyoko looks around trying to take in as much as details as he could.
It was remote and almost like a dead city, pretty odd for being somewhere within the capital. Inside was big and was filled with haystacks all over, three people stood at the entrance and as they walk he could see five more. There sure were a lot of people involved. But, that was not his concern, right now he could only hope for his other phone to still work and to make sure his none of his kidnappers would notice.
It was only for a while they kept keen observation on Kyoko and after that they seemed to feel bored and left Kyoko alone with his legs tied and the door shut. However, he waited for full 5 minutes to make sure they wouldn't come back and made the call.
Initially, he thought about calling Seto but didn't want to worry just when a good news had finally blessed them.
He called Arnold and after few rings the phone was answered. "Arnold, help.... I was abducted." Kyoko whispered.
He could hear a little sigh from Arnold, looks like he was relieved to hear from him. "Are they near you?" Arnold asks, if it was from unknown phone, there was a high chance it was a burner phone and they made him call to ask for ransom.
"No, they left. It's my phone."
Arnold could feel Kyoko's anxiety through his voice, "darling relax, stay on line. I will track your location."
Kyoko would ocassionally look at the door cautiously, incase the kidnappers come back.
He waited in complete silence and the muffled noises could be heard outside, not sure whether it was Arnold or the kidnappers, Kyoko stayed still.
The door opened and to his misfortune it was not Arnold, "are you enjoying the stay?", one of the abducters crouched down at Kyoko's level and said.
"Absolutely, why don't you join me too?"
Kyoko snickered.
"You bitch!" He grabbed the back of Kyoko's hair and pulled his head upwards. Kyoko lets out an ow, before smiling at him again.
"So who was the instigator? Who ordered you?"
The man was stunned, he looks at Kyoko with bewilderment for a while before breaking into a histornic fit. "Yah! This omega is pretty interesting. Why don't we have some fun?"
The line was still connected and Arnold could still hear everything, he could only take much of what was going on. Grinding his jaw, he taps on the driver's shoulder, ordering him to drive fast.
Kyoko's location was 25 minutes drive away from Arnold's and with each ticking time, the alpha's restlesness only grew. He knew that once he gets his hands on those abducters only gruesome death awaited them.
Kyoko struggled to break free from their grip and since they only tied Kyoko's leg the other guy already had a lot of scratches and bite marks while Kyoko had few bruises.
"Hey! Leave it, dude. You know the deal."
One of his friends come along and drags him away while Kyoko keeps glaring at him.
"So, you guys aren't allowed to hurt me, thanks for the infotmation." Kyoko soon chuckles before heaving a sigh. He was feeling a mix of every emotions, fear, nervousness, excited and weirdly calm.
The one who dragged the other goon previously, crouches in front of Kyoko and smirks, "don't get too excited, once we get Arnold, we can toy with you as much as we want."
"Arnold?" The lids of his eyes widen, as soon as Koyko hears Arnold's name.
The man finds it amusing and presses the matter more, "why do you think, you are here? It's because of your mate. If not for us targeting him, why would you have to be in pain?"
Kyoko clenches his jaw. "Don't get angry at me baby, it's your mate you should blame. Why would he leave you unattended? Specially, such a cute babe like you."
He expected another anger tantrum from Kyoko but the latter bursts into a fits of laughter.
"Oh please, can you guys be serious for once? You guys will get Arnold? You? When you wouldn't even face him directly and had to play this cheap move by kidnapping his lover?"
Kyokos lips form a 'o' while he tilts his head to the side. It was just a simple gesture of being amused but to his kidnapper, it looked like he was being made fun of. Kyoko snorts unable to hold the bewilderment he had just experienced.
But that soon turned into a grimace as Kyoko could feel hot liquid on his stomach, he painfully touched his stomach only to realise it was his blood. Kyoko, afterall made a mistake of agitating his abducter and an emotionally unstable person with a weapon in his hand.
Even in the moment he could feel his life flashing right by his eyes, all he could think was one thing.
No, not the stomach. Not my baby.'
His face crinkles in pain and panic. Looking up to meet eyes with the man, he glares as he sees the latter's face turn into a menacing grin, as his other members surround him in panic.
"This was not the plan!"
