After getting obliterated last weekend, the Colgate Raiders head to Oxford, Ohio to play the Miami RedHawks this weekend at Goggin Ice Center. With 5:56 left in the first period, Gordie Green scored to make it 1-0 Miami. Mitch Benson and Ryan Larkin matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 1-0 RedHawks it remains heading to the second period. With 18:24 left in the second period, Phil Knies scored to make it 2-0 Miami. With 7:35 left in the second period, Josh McKechney scored his first goal of the season, on the power play to make it 2-1 Miami. With 1:41 left in the second period, Josh Melnick scored to make it 3-1 RedHawks. Benson and Larkin matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, Miami leads 3-1 heading to the second intermission dressing rooms. With 6:19 left in the third period, Zach LaValle scored to make it 4-1 RedHawks. Ryan Larkin finished off the Raiders and Miami wins 4-1. Colgate dropped to 2-2-0 on the season.
