I was going to write about how upset I was that you left, I instead chose to write about how happy It made me to know that you were finally out there, finding yourself.
I was going to write about how jealous I was of everyone around you, because I, more than anyone else knows that you are a true gem, but I chose to write about how lucky everyone around you is to have you.
I was going to write about how I lost a friend, but I will instead write about how good it was while it lasted.
I was going to write about how your absence pierced through me like a blade, and how I felt your departure in the depths of my soul but I instead choose to write about how I broke but molded into the best version of myself.
I was going to end with a statement about how not all stories have a happy ending but who said this is the end?
