Anaya's POV
Nervousness was at it's peak. It is Aishu's birthday today and I and Abhi are on his bike waiting for Aisha to come out of her school. Soon she comes out but with a pout on her face. When asked the reason, she said, "Today, 22 students were present instead of mostly when there are 20. Now I'm only left with 8 chocolates for me instead of 10." She whined at the last sentence.
We laughed at this but as a punishment, we were told to buy her 5 more chocolates.
Too many chocolates!
But I won't give them to her to eat them all in one day.
Eventually, we got home. Aishu went to change in her room and I went after her so that I could keep her busy while Abhi decorated the living as well as the dining area. Before that, I took all the decorating stuff from behind the couch and slammed them on his face as I was in a hurry.
Laughing at his expressions, I caught up with Aishu.
While with Aishu in her room, I confirmed with her friends' mothers whether they are coming or not and felt relieved when all of them said of having no other plans.

Not realising when the time passed, I realised it was time for Aisha to get ready for the party when Abhi messaged me.
I helped her get ready for a false and a bit stupid-ish reason, that I wanted to see her in her birthday dress. I helped her get into the dress and then did her hair.
"My Aishu looks like a princess!" I exclaimed once she was completely ready.
"Thank you mumma!!" She said while faking a blush.
I laughed at her and she too joined me. But knowing her, she doesn't even know why I laughed.
But these are the moments that make our life beautiful!
A notification popped in my phone and it was Abhi's message. He asked us to come outside as all the guests were here and they were ready for the surprise.
Ughh! I kinda feel bad for him as he had to manage everything on his own... But that's alright! We'll look after it.
"Aishu! Come." I said while grabbing her little hand.
"Where?" She asked but nevertheless started walking with me.
I shrugged this as she was going to know that anyways.
We came out of her room and saw complete darkness. I felt Aishu's hand wrapping around.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY AISHA!!!" Everyone suddenly screamed and all the lights turned on.
Aisha at first jumped but then ran towards the area and thanked everyone. After that she started flaunting her new dress and everyone treated her like a princess.
