Description: This subject was transferred to Site-19 in 1993. The source is unknown. It is composed of concrete and steel bars, as well as a slight Krylon brand paint pigment. SCP-173 is mobile and extremely aggressive. Objects cannot move in direct line of sight. The line of sight cast on SCP-173 should not be interrupted in any way. Staff reported the sound of stones rubbing in unoccupied containment rooms. This is considered normal and any change in behavior should be informed to the HMCL monitor on duty.
The reddish-brown substance on the floor is a mixture of feces and blood. The origin of these mixtures is unknown. The shelter environment must be cleaned every two weeks.
