Mercy II

Amelia was seated with her dojo, they were out celebrating their win. 
Aisha then pulled out her phone. 

"So, you might be wondering what a team does after winning a championship. The answer? Victory nachos!" 
Everyone gave a little cheer as Aisha filmed them. Everyone then clinked their glasses together. "It was suppose to be a round of drinks, but the waitress was not feeling Hawk's fake ID."
"Hey. Don't talk about that. My parents follow you."
"Sorry Mr. and Mrs. Moskowitz. Anyways, until next time, no mercy bitches." Aisha finished, sitting next to Mia and Demetri in their booth. 

"It's nice to be apart of a victory party"
"Yeah except you didn't have anything to do with the victory"
"Then I consider it a belated party for the coding competition we won at computer camp. Remember?" he then began singing the binary brothers song, causing the girls to laugh. 

Mia then looked around. "Where did Miguel go? His wings are going to get cold" 
"Come on Mia, lets go look for him" Hawk says. 

"El Serpiente, there you are." 
"This is how you celebrate a first place trophy? Come on, you're suppose to be jumping through the roof with me"
"She blocked me" 
"So, what happens when you get blocked? You counter punch. Except maybe don't actually hit her this time." Hawk says with a laugh. 
"What too soon?" he asked when Mia sent him a glare. "Look, all I'm saying is don't give up."

"It's no use. I blew my shot with her." 
"Just give Sam sometime, she'll come around." Mia said, taking Miguel's hand. 
"Or she won't. You're a champ now. You can get any girl in the Valley you want. You're like Drake. Enjoy it" Hawk said before leaving. 

"I'm not sure I want to be Drake" 
"Don't worry, you're not." 
Miguel laughed slightly. "Now come on, I can't be the only champion celebrating" 
"Okay, okay"

"What do you mean the Carson's are moving back?" Mia had asked, they were seated at the dinner table. "They were transferred to your father and I's firm. So they are moving in a few blocks down. So we expect you to be nothing less then welcoming." Amy had said. 
"Beside, I thought you would be over the moon. Your boyfriend and best friend are moving back" she added. 

"Neither of those are true. Robby is my boyfriend. And Ally is not my best friend"

"You're still going out with the Keene boy?" Richard asked. 
"Have you heard about his mother? She's practically slept with every man in the Valley. Not to mention her drinking" 
"Well Robby isn't like that. He's a great guy" 
"Then why don't we invite him over. Get to know him a bit better?" Richard said. Mia gave a bit of a skeptical look. "Okay, yeah sure, I'll ask" 

"The Carson's will be over in about two hours, so how about you go get ready" Amy said as she began getting dinner started. 

Mia sighed as she went upstairs, she looked at her wardrobe and grabbed a pair of high waisted lose jeans and a black crop top, she changed and sat on her bed. She scrolled through social media, smiling as Aisha made a post about her winning. 

Mia's social media had also been blowing up. She had gained a bunch of new followers and had been getting a lot of attention. 

She sighed before doing her hair and makeup to make sure she looked up to her mothers standards. It had seemed only a few minutes later the Carson's were pulling into the Peabody's driveway. 

"Amelia!" her mother yelled. Mia then made her way down, helping her mother set the table. Richard opened the door. "Hey guys, come on in, John can I get you a cup of scotch?" 
"You know I'd never turn down scotch" 

Mia looked up, Allison was eyeing her up. "Amelia" she greeted. "Allison", she nodded. 
Eldon then made his way in, scooping Mia up in a hug, catching Mia by surprise. "Millie! I missed you" he smiled. "I missed you too bud" Mia said as she pulled out of the hug. 

Everyone was soon being seated, Eldon sitting next to Mia, Ally was staring daggers into Mia. 

"So, how has the Valley been since we left?" Mrs. Carson asked. "Oh same old, same old" Richard began. "Heard that you won the All Valley Amelia. Very impressive" John had said. Mia, who had just been pushing her food around had looked up. "Thank you" she smiled. 

Allison then snorted causing everyone to look at her. "Karate? That is like the dorkiest thing I've ever heard. I mean what is this an 80's movie?" 
"Allison" her mother scolded. 
"Actually. Karate is pretty cool, it's a pretty big deal too. So I wouldn't make comments on it when you don't know anything about it" Mia had said once earned a look from her mother. 

"So Amelia. Any new boyfriends? Broken any other boys hearts while we were gone?" Allison asked again. Mia felt her grip get tighter on her fork. "Ally stop" Eldon had whispered. 
"Not that it is any of your concern, but yes I do have a boyfriend"
Mia didn't miss the hurt look that was shown over Eldon's face, but she really liked Robby. 

The dinner continued with small talk, that's when Amy spoke up. "Amelia, we have some work stuff to discuss, so how about you take Eldon and Allison up to your room."
Mia just nodded, leaving her untouched dinner at the table. 

Allison was reluctant but followed, Eldon was right on Mia's heels. Mia opened the door to her room, the room being lit up by her fairy lights and salt lamps. "It's nice in here" Eldon had said, taking a seat on her swinging chair. 
"Thank you"

Allison just sat at Mia's desk as she stared at all the photos and polaroid's around her ex best friends room. 
"So you and your boyfriend?" Eldon asked, as a photo on the wall caught his eye. 
It was a polaroid of a few hours after the tournament, off the two of them hugging next to Mia's trophy. 
"What about him?"
"What's he like?" 
"He's sweet, and funny" 
Eldon just nodded. "Can I use your washroom?" 
"Yeah, it's just that door there" she said pointing to the door in her room, even though in the back of her mind she knew he remembered. 

Mia and Ally then sat in silence, until Mia spoke up. "So, are you ever going to tell me why you all of a sudden started hating me? Or is it just going to be a big game of trivia?" 
Ally scoffed, "You broke my brothers heart"
"I feel like that is a little dramatic" 
"I don't think so."
"You guys were moving across state and were gone for two years!"
"You could've waited"
"Well Eldon doesn't seem to mad at me, so you can let it go"
"It's more then that" 
"Then would you like to tell me? Like please I would love to know"
Allison rolled her eyes, "Just forget it, if Eldon forgives you then I guess we are cool" 
"Cool." 

"What's cool?" Eldon asked, exiting the bathroom. 
"Just my badass 3 feet tall trophy" Mia smiled as she looked at the trophy that was currently sitting on the floor. 
"I saw Sam's video of you winning. It was super badass" 
"Thank you, it definitely took a lot of training" 
"I'm going to go wait in the car" Allison said, leaving the two ex lovers alone. 

"I'm sorry about her, she isn't happy about moving back"
"Yeah, I can tell" 
"Look I know you said you have a boyfriend-"
"Eldon-" 
"Millie, we were amazing together. There is no way that this guy is better then we were"
"Eldon, it's not going to happen. I'm sorry," 
"Come on Millie, we had a good thing going. Now that I'm back, why can't we continue?"
"Because I have a boyfriend. Eldon, I am willing to try and be friends with you, but you have to accept that I'm with Robby, okay?" 

before Eldon could response, his mother was calling for him. "Bye Millie" 
"Bye Eldon."
