Amelia had been at the LaRusso's. Not a place she preferred to be with all the tension between Ally and Sam, as well as Daniel's dojo being her dojo's rivals. 
However, her parents were home, and she didn't want to bring Robby into the mess that was her home life. 
Her parents had been at each other's throats, more than usual. 

"You're getting a bit rusty Peabody" Robby said as they spared. 
"Ha. Am not!" 
"Are too" Robby said as he took her down, catching Mia of guard. The thud made a sharp pain shoot through her back, but she ignored it. 
"Boom, brought you down" 
Mia sent a swift kick, causing Robby to topple over, Mia hopped on top, grinning down at Robby. 

"Got you" 
Robby smiled as he connected the two's lips. Mia smiled into the kiss, grinding her hips slightly as Robby's fingers tangled in her hair. 
Mia pulled away, moving off Robby. 
"Do you want Diet Coke?" Robby asked. 
"Do you really need to ask?" 

Robby helped Amelia up and they began to walk to the kitchen, but they were confused when they head a women crying. 
"I didn't mean to bother you" 
"No, it's okay" they heard Amanda say. 
The couple walked in and Robby froze as he saw the women who was sitting on the couch next to Daniel and Amanda. 

"Mom?" 

Mia looked up at her boyfriend, then back at the women sitting on the couch. 
"Sorry, should I go?" Mia asks
"Please stay" Robby grabbed her hand. 
"I'm sorry, Robby who is your friend?" 
"I'm Amelia, Robby's girlfriend"
Sharon nodded. "You're very pretty" 
Mia smiled, "Thank you" 

The couple sat on the couch, Mia held Robby's hand as he looked to the floor, his legs bouncing up and down. 
"Robby, I'm sorry. Cabo was a mistake" 
"I could've told you that" he mumbled. 
"I know, I know. I know I haven't really been there for you. And...God Rob, it's been hard, so hard for me. I want to make things right. But, uh, I have to leave again"
Robby couldn't help but let out a laugh. 
"Of course. Where to this time? Baja? Las Vegas?" 
"Rehab" 

If Mia had a drink, it would've been spit out and sprayed all over the room. 
Robby squeezed Mia's hand tighter. 
"I need help sweetie. It's taken me a long time to realize that. You've seen, the drinking, the pills. I want to change, for me, for you." 
"That's great mom" 
Sharon sniffled, "The LaRusso's said you are welcome to stay with them. You could also stay with your father" 
"No" Robby said quickly. Mia ran her thumb over Robby's hand. 
"Listen Robby, I know things between the two of you aren't the closest, that's partly my fault. I don't want what happened between us to poison your guys relationship" 
"It's a bit late for that." Robby mumbled.

Mia had been at Moon's party, her solo cup filled with Diet Coke and vodka. The music was blaring, almost to the point where she was feeling overstimulated. 
She had been sitting outside with Miguel and Tory, taking small sips from her drink, already a bit tipsy. 
"Don't drink too much princess, you're our ride home later" Tory said, making Mia smile and laugh. 
"I won't. My parents would kill me if I came home drunk" 
It wasn't a lie. Mia would be killed, but Tory and Miguel just laughed as they began to head back in. 
The trio froze when Miyagi-do students stood there. Robby gave her a soft smile as Ally glared, looking her up and down. Eldon and Sam held hands, Sam and Tory were having the stare down of a lifetime. 

"Let's go" Tory mumbled, pulling Miguel through the crowd. 
"Hey babe" Robby smiled, wrapping his arm around his girlfriend's waist, pulling her away from his dojo friends. 
"Hey, how are you doing? After everything?" Mia asked.
Robby shrugs, "Fine, I need a distraction" Robby glanced down at Mia's cup, 
"Please be careful, I know you can handle yourself but-" 
"I'll be careful." 

"Peabody!" 
Mia turned around to see Ally. 
'Hey nice nose! I will say, a bit more crooked than usual. Are you trying to look like Flynn Ryders mugshot?" 
"Mia-" 
Ally wrinkles her nose and gives a small, sarcastic laugh. 
"I was going to comment on your stomach, you're looking a bit more chubby than usual. Have you been slacking off in training?" 
Mia's nostrils flared as she was about to snap, but she was interrupted. 

"Don't talk to her like that" Robby glared at the blonde. 
Ally gave a fake pout, tilting her head, "Aw, did I hurt her feelings?" 
"I've kicked your ass before and I'll gladly do it again" Mia threatened. 
"If you do that then your mommy and daddy will get mad, and we all know how that turned out last time" 

Mia shook her head, "I'm not doing this" she sighed, defeated she pushed past Ally and headed into the kitchen and grabbed a shot and downed it back. 
She enjoyed the burning sensation that ran down her throat, so she took another shot and downed it. 

"Wow Mia" Hawk said as he watched the brunette, she just glared at him. 
"I don't need your judgment Hawk" 
"Well you look like you're having a breakdown with the bruises in the drinking. You're starting to look like-" 
"Don't fucking finish that sentence" 
Hawk looked at her, stone cold expression on his face.
"Still dating Keene I see. I'm surprised it's lasted this long" 
Amelia rolled her eyes, "God, you're such a prick, you know that?"  

When she didn't get an answer back she just sighed, her expression changed when she saw Tory storm past the crowd. |
"You okay Tor?" 
Tory grabbed Mia's wrist and dragged her to the bathroom. "What happened?" Mia asked, her speech slurring a bit. 
"Stupid Sam and stupid stingray. He made me lose my balance and stupid Sam won the game" 
"I'll help you clean up" 

The two girls had been chatting for a bit, Mia sat on the counter, another drink in hand. 
Mia had giggled at a comment that Tory had made about Ally when she looked out the window and spotted Sam and Miguel. 

"Holy shit, no fucking way" she hopped off the counter, rushing to the window right as the two kissed. Mia let out a horrified shriek and Tory also came to the window. 
Mia watched as Tory clenched her fists, the angriest possible look on her face appeared. Mia hated that she flinched and almost cowered away from Tory. 
"I'm so sorry Tory-" 
Tory pushed right past Mia, her shoulder clashing harshly with Mia's. 
Mia went to follow Tory, but ran straight into Robby right as sirens began blaring. Eldon was right on his heels.

"There you are! We need to go! Lets head back to your house-" 
"No! Not my house! I drank too much, my parents will kill me Robby-" 
"Okay, okay, give me your keys, I'll drive you back to my place or something" 
Sam and Eldon then came up behind them, "Not my house" Sam slurred, even drunker than Mia. 
"We can't go to mine, my parents will also kill me" Eldon says. 

"Jesus, uh get in Mia's car, I know a place, where is Ally?" Robby asked, wrapping his arm around Mia and guiding her out. 
"She left a while ago" 

With that, the group of four made their way out into Mia's car, Mia slumping in the passenger seat. 
"Please don't crash my car" she says as Robby starts the car, Eldon and Sam getting in the back seat. 

Mia didn't know where Robby was taking them, but her fucking sensei's house was the last place she expected to end up.
