Amelia had been in Cobra Kai for a little while now, and she had to admit, Miguel was right, she was really enjoying it. She never pictured karate to be something that she would want to invest a lot of her time in, but it was fun. Hanging out with Aisha, Hawk and Miguel was also really fun. Once again, a group that she more then likely wouldn't of engaged with if it weren't for Cobra Kai.

"Junbi!" Lawrence yelled. Amelia followed, being right up front. "Bow, fighting positions,"
Amelia got in hers. She watched as he adjusted Hawk and gave him his corrections. "Peabody, make sure your feet are planted. You don't want to lose balance."
"Yes sensei,"
Johnny then moved, causing one of the younger boys to flinch. "Did you just flinch virgin? Holy shit. We got a room full of flinchers"
"Yes sensei!", everyone but Amelia had yelled, she gave a confused glance. "That was not a question! Raise your hand if you've never been punched in the face"

Amelia kept her hand down. Some unpleasant memories flooded into her brain that she quickly shook off. "Put your hands down. All your lives, you've been avoiding fights, so you don't break your nose or lose a tooth. This concussion nonsense. So, there's only one solution, and that is before you leave this dojo, each and everyone of you is gonna take a punch, very hard, to the face. Ms. Peabody and Ms. Robinson, line them up. Unflinch this group."

"Yes sensei," Amelia said, looking over at Aisha and Miguel.
Amelia then went in front of the boy who originally flinched. "I'm sorry," she said before punching him right in the nose.

Mia had been stretching with Miguel, Aisha and Hawk. "I need some where romantic, but not too romantic,"
Miguel had a date with Sam tonight. But apparently it wasn't an official date, rather a hangout. Aisha just rolled her eyes at Miguel. "You could take her to get tattoos," Hawk said.
Amelia laughed. "What?" Miguel asked confused. Hawk then stood up, removing the top part of his Gi. "I know a guy, just hooked me up with this bad boy." he turned, revealing his back, covered with an Hawk, with a blue mohawk.
Amelia's mouth opened with surprise. "No fucking way. Holy shit," she said.
"That is badass"
"Right? Fourteen hours in the chair," Hawk the began flexing in the mirror, once made Amelia roll her eyes.
"Wait. Are your parents okay with that?"
"They have no idea. I'm definitely gonna have to wear a T-shirt until college. Probably longer. Please don't tell them" he said sitting back down, making Amelia smile. She could still see the old Eli behind this new persona he was putting on.

"Uhh, any other suggestions?" Miguel asked, looking at Mia and Aisha. "Don't look at me. Sam and I use to be friends. We're not anymore."
"I'm still super sorry about that video,"
"We are cool Mia, don't worry."
"Well I need your guys help" Miguel was basically pleading with the two girls.
"Well, she likes chocolates and astronomy," Amelia said. Miguel nodded. "I can work with that,"

"Banned!? What are you talking about?", they heard from the back room, causing Miguel to stand up and see what was going on. When Mia looked at Hawk and Aisha, they just shrugged.

Amelia was greeted by the pleasant sound of her parents screaming at each other when she got home.

"Jesus Christ Richard! You act like you are the only one who works! But guess what? I'm also at that firm every day too! Doing the same work! The same bullshit that you do!"

"Everything I do is for this family! I come home after working hours! Being at work all day and I come home and there is no dinner on the table! Instead I find you, chugging your wine while smoking in the house-"

That was the last Amelia heard before she rushed up to her room shutting and locking her door. The screaming continued, making Amelia cringe. She pulled out her headphones, placing them in her ears. Playing the music as loud as it could to drown out the screaming. This had become a constant recurrence. Amelia tried distracting her mind, that was until she heard glass shattering and her mother screech. Amelia ripped out her headphones, running out her room and down the stairs.
