Here are a list of mental obstacles and how I can overcome them and switch up my thinking:
1. I'll never accomplish this goal.
Maybe I need to do something differently to accomplish this goal. What have I been able to accomplish so far? What do I need to do differently? How can I make this goal more realistic and feasible?
2. I don't have enough knowledge.
Where can I learn how to do this? Who can I ask about this?
3. I don't have enough time.
How can I prioritize the time I have now to work towards this goal?
4. I don't feel motivated to accomplish this goal.
How can I make working on this goal more fun challenging for myself? What small milestones can I set for myself? Do I truly care about the goal I'm trying to accomplish?
5. I can't change what I'm doing to accomplish this goal.
What can I do to be more perceptive to changing my habits?
6. I'm not making any progress.
How can I make it point to work on this goal every single day?
