1. I CAN be myself. This means I can express myself authentically whenever I want (this includes being vulnerable about tough emotions, admitting my flaws, and sharing my opinions). I CAN'T control how people respond to my authenticity.
2. I don't have to do ANYTHING to prove my worth. I am already loved.
3. I don't need permission to be HAPPY and have fun. I can incorporate fun throughout the day, either during my breaks or while I'm working (whenever I choose). I can also use fun to cope with stress. I may have responsibilities and things may come up in my life, but I can always make room for fun.
4. I CAN heal from my past trauma, even if it takes time. The key is to identify my emotions and look back on the experiences that caused them. Then I have to be willing to FEEL my emotions, comforting myself through the pain. Lastly, I have to recognize the limiting beliefs holding me back and flip the script with an affirmation to help me move forward.
5. I CAN achieve the ideal life I envision for myself, despite the obstacles that may come my way. Even though it takes time to personally develop and achieve a better life, there's never really a destination I need to reach, as I'm always going to be evolving and becoming a better version of myself.
6. I CAN handle whatever comes my way. Change is a big part of life, and it's what allows me to grow and become a better version of myself. I have to accept and embrace change as a natural part of life.
14. I can ALWAYS do what I love and find a way to make money from it. It's just a matter of compiling a list of potential careers, doing some research, and figuring out which careers align with my values and interests, allows me to rest, and pays really well.
15. Firstly, I CAN pick whatever career path I want. Secondly, I CAN trust myself to pick the career path that best aligns with my interests, skills, and values. I CAN'T control how other people respond to my choices.
22. I always strive for excellence in anything that I do, but sometimes I make mistakes and that's OK. I'm only human. What matters most is how I BOUNCE BACK from mishaps and how I strive to be better (instead of being perfect).
