Becky found herself sitting across from Nop, trying to make sense of everything he was saying. He was apologizing profusely for his behavior, trying to explain that he had been under a lot of stress and didn't know how to handle it. He painted himself as the victim, claiming that he had felt overwhelmed and lost, which led him to push Becky away.

"I really messed up, Becky," Nop said, his voice filled with remorse. "I don't know what came over me. I just felt so suffocated with everything going on in my life, and I took it out on you. I'm sorry."

Becky listened, her emotions torn between anger and sympathy. Part of her wanted to believe Nop's words and give him another chance, but another part of her couldn't shake the feeling that he was just trying to manipulate her.

"I just don't understand why you didn't talk to me about it," Becky said, her voice tinged with frustration. "Instead, you just left me without any explanation. It hurt, Nop."

"I know, and I'm truly sorry for that," Nop replied, looking genuinely remorseful. "I was afraid that if I talked to you about what I was feeling, you'd leave me. I didn't want to lose you, so I thought it would be better to just distance myself from you."

Becky sighed, feeling torn. She still loved Nop, but she couldn't ignore the fact that he had hurt her deeply. And now, with Freen in the picture, her feelings were even more complicated.

Nop continued to plead his case, telling Becky that he had realized his mistake and that he wanted to make things right. He talked about their future together, how he had already spoken to her parents about marriage after Becky finished her studies. He tried to convince Becky that he was committed to her and that he would change.

"I know I messed up, and I'm really sorry for leaving you like that on our anniversary," Nop pleaded, trying to make eye contact with Becky. "I love you, and I want to make things right. I've even talked to your parents about marrying you after you finish studying."

Becky listened to Nop's words, but her mind was preoccupied with thoughts of Freen. She couldn't help but recall the tender moments they had shared and the emotions that had stirred within her. As Nop hugged her, she felt a mix of emotions, unsure if she was doing the right thing by accepting his apologies.

"I just need some time to think about all of this," Becky said, her voice wavering. "I don't know if I can trust you again, Nop."

Nop tightened his grip on Becky, trying to reassure her. "I understand, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to earn your trust back," he said. "Please give me a chance, Becky."

Despite his words, Becky couldn't fully shake off her doubts. She had been hurt before, and she wasn't sure if she could trust Nop completely again.

"I need some time to think about all of this," Becky finally said, her voice steady. "I can't just forget what happened and pretend like everything is okay. I need to figure out how I feel about everything, including us."

Nop nodded, understanding in his eyes. Take all the time you need. I'll be here waiting for you," he said softly.

Becky nodded back, appreciating his understanding. She knew she needed to sort through her feelings and figure out what was best for her.

As they sat there in silence, Becky's mind kept drifting back to Freen. She couldn't deny the connection she felt with the pediatrician, and it made her even more uncertain about her relationship with Nop.

When Nop reached out to hug her, Becky allowed it, but her mind was still clouded with confusion. She needed to sort out her feelings and make a decision about her future, and she knew that wouldn't be easy. She felt torn between her history with Nop and the strong connection she had felt with Freen. She couldn't ignore the feelings she had for Freen, but she also didn't want to rush into anything and risk hurting anyone.
