Becky POV

I walked into my apartment, the weight of the world crashing down on me. Tears streamed down my face as the reality of what had just happened sunk in. The person I had trusted, the person I had loved, had betrayed me in the worst way possible. Nop's face flashed before my eyes, and I couldn't help but feel a mix of anger, sadness, and disbelief.

I took a deep, shuddering breath, trying to steady myself. The pain in my chest was overwhelming, and I felt like I was suffocating under the weight of my emotions. How could he do this to me? How could he lie and cheat on me for months without me suspecting a thing?

In a fit of frustration and anger, I started throwing things - mementos, gifts, anything that reminded me of Nop. It was as if I wanted to purge him from my life, to erase every trace of him from my existence. But no matter how many things I threw, the pain didn't lessen. It was a deep ache that went beyond the physical.

My phone buzzed with notifications, and I saw Nop's name popping up on the screen. I wiped away my tears and angrily silenced the calls. I didn't want to hear his excuses, his lies. I couldn't bear to listen to him trying to justify his actions.

But as the calls kept coming, I couldn't help but feel a pang of longing. A part of me wanted to answer, to hear his voice, to somehow make sense of what had happened. But I knew deep down that it was useless - nothing he could say would change what he had done.

And then there was Freen. My frustration towards her was growing with each passing moment. How could she have known about Nop's cheating and kept it from me? Why hadn't she told me? I had considered her a friend, someone I could confide in. But now, I felt like I couldn't trust anyone.

I avoided Freen's calls and messages, letting my frustration and disappointment fester. I knew it wasn't entirely fair to blame her - she was Nop's sister, after all - but I couldn't help but feel that she had betrayed my trust as well.

As I sat alone in my apartment, the silence around me was deafening. The reality of the situation was sinking in, and I felt utterly broken. The person I had loved and trusted had shattered my heart into a million pieces, and I had no idea how to pick them up again.

Freen POV

I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease as I noticed Becky avoiding my calls and messages. We had always been so close, and her sudden silence worried me deeply. I couldn't help but wonder if she had somehow found out about Nop's betrayal. I knew I had to find the right time to tell her the truth, but I didn't want to add to her pain.

Yesterday, I had tried to gather the courage to talk to her about it, but something inside me told me it wasn't the right moment. I didn't want to drop such a bombshell on her without being sure she was ready to hear it. Seeing her hurt was the last thing I wanted, even though I knew she deserved to know the truth.

I understood how important it was for her to process her emotions and come to terms with what had happened in her own time. But it was agonizing for me to see her hurting and not be able to offer her comfort. I felt torn between wanting to be there for her and not wanting to add to her pain by revealing Nop's infidelity.

As each day passed, my worry for Becky grew. I couldn't bear the thought of her going through this alone, but I also knew that she needed space to process everything. I wished I could find the right words to tell her, to somehow ease her pain, but it felt like an impossible task.

I knew I had to be patient and wait for the right moment to come. I wanted to be there for her, to support her through this difficult time, but I also wanted to respect her need for space. It was a delicate balance, and I wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing.

I decided to give her some more time and space, hoping that when she was ready, she would reach out to me. In the meantime, I would be there, silently supporting her from afar, ready to be by her side whenever she needed me.

But as the days passed, I couldn't shake off the feeling that I was keeping a secret from her, and it weighed heavily on my conscience. I knew that eventually, I would have to tell her the truth, no matter how painful it might be. But for now, I would wait, hoping for the right moment to come when she was ready to hear it.

Freen's heart was heavy with worry as she visited Becky at college, trying to make sense of her sudden silence. She knew something was wrong, and she couldn't bear the thought of Becky going through this alone. As she waited outside Becky's classroom, she couldn't help but feel anxious.

As the class ended, Freen spotted Becky making her way out, looking surprised to see her. Freen knew Becky was trying to avoid her, but she couldn't let her slip away this time. She quickly walked up to her and gently took hold of her wrist.

"Becky, please wait," Freen said, her voice filled with concern.

Becky tried to pull her hand away, but Freen held on firmly, guiding her towards her car. "Come on, let's go somewhere to talk," Freen urged.

Becky looked hesitant, but she didn't resist as Freen led her to the car. They sat inside, and Freen took a deep breath before speaking. "I can't help but notice that something is bothering you," she said softly.

Becky looked away, tears welling up in her eyes. "I... I found out about Nop," she finally admitted, her voice trembling.

Freen's heart sank at Becky's words. She knew this day would come, but it still hurt to see Becky in pain. "I'm so sorry, Becky," Freen said, her voice filled with genuine remorse. "I didn't want to be the one to tell you, but I can't stand seeing you hurt."

Becky wiped away her tears, her emotions a mix of anger, sadness, and confusion. "Why didn't you tell me, Freen?" she asked, her voice cracking.

"I wanted to, but I didn't want to add to your pain," Freen explained. "I thought you needed time to process everything on your own, and I didn't want to be the one to drop such a bombshell on you."

Becky nodded, understanding Freen's intentions, but she couldn't shake off the feeling of hurt and betrayal. "I just wish you had told me the truth," she said softly.

"I know, and I'm so sorry," Freen said sincerely. "I didn't want to keep this from you, but I also didn't want to risk hurting you even more."
