As Freen walked into the law faculty, her heart felt heavy with the knowledge that Becky had been avoiding her since the confession. She understood why Becky needed space, but it didn't make the situation any less painful. Freen missed their usual interactions and wanted to go back to the way things were before, but she knew she had to be patient and let Becky heal in her own time.

Spotting Yha, one of Becky's classmates, Freen decided to ask about Becky's whereabouts, even though she sensed Yha's hesitation to answer. "Hey, Yha, have you seen Becky?" Freen inquired, trying to keep her tone casual.

Yha looked unsure for a moment but then sighed and replied, "Yeah, she left right after the class ended. I think she's been avoiding everyone lately."

Freen nodded, trying not to show her disappointment. "I see. Well, can you do me a favor then? Please take care of her and make sure she's okay. I brought her lunch," Freen said, holding out a lunch box towards Yha.

Yha took the lunch box and smiled gratefully. "Of course, I'll make sure she eats. Thanks, Freen."

Freen smiled back, trying to appear cheerful despite her inner turmoil. "You're welcome. And, Yha, remind her to take care of herself, okay? She's been pushing herself too hard. She needs to take a break sometimes," Freen advised, knowing that Becky could hear their conversation, even though she was hiding.

Yha glanced over at where Becky was hiding and nodded understandingly. "I'll do that. Thanks for looking out for her, Freen."

With that, Freen gave a small wave and walked away, leaving Yha with Becky's lunch and her silent message of care. She knew that Becky needed time and space to heal, but she also wanted her to know that she was there for her whenever she was ready.

As Freen walked out of the faculty, she couldn't help but steal a quick glance in the direction where Becky had been hiding. She hoped that someday they could go back to being friends and that she could make things right between them. For now, all she could do was wait and hope that Becky would reach out when she was ready.

Yha handed the lunch box over to Becky, but her curiosity about the situation between Becky and Freen was evident. She couldn't help but ask, "Becky, what's going on between you and Freen? You've been avoiding her a lot lately. Is everything okay?"

Becky let out a sigh, feeling a bit overwhelmed by their questions. She glanced at the lunch box in her hand and then looked at Yha. "It's complicated," she replied, not sure how much she wanted to share.

Chin chimed in, his teasing tone in full swing. "Come on, Becky, if you don't want that lunch box, I'll gladly take it off your hands. Freen's generosity shouldn't go to waste."

Yha joined in the teasing, adding, "Yeah, Chin's right. You're lucky to have someone who cares about you like Freen does. Maybe I should court her instead."

Chin continued with an exaggerated wink, "And let's not forget how stunningly pretty Freen looks today. It's a shame if someone doesn't appreciate it."

Becky felt her annoyance rise as she listened to their playful banter. She realized they were trying to make her jealous, and it was working. She took a deep breath and decided to play along. With a playful glare at Yha and Chin, she finally opened the lunch box and started eating. "Fine, fine, I'll eat the lunch. And Yha, hands off my best friend."

Yha laughed, feeling satisfied with the reaction she got. "Deal, I won't court Freen, but seriously, Becky, you should talk to her. She looks worried about you."

Becky sighed, feeling a little embarrassed by her friends' teasing, but she knew they meant well. "It's not like that," she said, trying to find the right words to explain. "I just need some time to figure things out. Freen confessed her feelings, and it caught me by surprise. I don't want to rush into anything without being sure of my own feelings."
