Author's Note:
Hello everyone! I thought it would be fun to include songs to recommend to set the mood for how the perspective of the character is feeling :) You can read the chapter with or without the music, however you prefer!

My eyes eventually ran out of tears while the moon shined down on my glistening, wet cheeks. How could I once feel so much for Sebastian Sallow and now, I didn't know what to feel, what to think.
It was almost curfew and I decided to head back to my common room. I normally don't care about curfew but with how I'm currently feeling, I know I'll never want to leave the astronomy tower.
I wiped my wet face with my sleeves and trudged my way down the tower.
After crawling through the small Gryffindor entrance, my ears heard loud chatter in every direction. And that only means one thing, gossip.
As I entered the warm maroon and golden room, several eyes fell on me while others stayed attentive to their deep conversation. I honestly could care less about what everyone is talking about right now.
I'll just ask Ominis at breakfast tomorrow. He might be blind, but this man quite possibly knows everything before everyone else does.
Making my way towards the stairs, I felt a slight tug on my sleeve from behind.
"Eliza, have you heard the news?" Natty asked with slight concern.
"I've heard tons of new things today Natty, let me guess, did Sharp's Boils come back?" I chuckled to myself thinking about this memory from fifth year.
"No, no, no. Sebastian is back! I thought you should be the first to know."
Shit, how did his arrival spread so fast around the castle?
Okay Eliza, act natural.
"O-Oh really? I haven't heard this news."
I hated lying, especially to Natty. But I don't need everyone to know I just bawled my eyes out in the Astronomy tower because of some stupid boy.
"Yeah Bennet, thought you would have been the first to know quite honestly." Garreth added to our conversation.
"And how would I know first?"
"Well, a few minutes after you left the Great Hall, someone tapped me on the shoulder. I honestly thought it was you coming back but to my surprise, it was Sebastian." Natty explained.
"Well, what did he want?"
"He asked us if we have seen you or Ominis lately. Then he continued to go around to the rest of the tables and ask the same question."
"Yeah, Sallow quite honestly acted as if he hasn't been absent for the past year and a half." Garreth sarcastically said.
Well, that's one way for gossip to spread. I swear why must he always make quite an entrance at always the wrong time?
I acted relaxed and kept a calm expression on my face, desperately wanting to end this conversation.
"Thank you Natty, Garreth. I'm quite tired from traveling today and might call it a night."
"Understood, goodnight my friend! I shall see you in our room later."
I smiled at her and made my way up the stairs. Natty has been one of my roommates, along with Cressida and Nellie since I arrived at Hogwarts. One thing about having girls as roommates, I just knew the gossip was going to continue in the dorm when they all got back.
