The Official New Start

With the girl's arrangements working with very little discourse, they found themselves settled in their respective residents quickly. With the day they had, they were beyond exhausted and passed out as soon as they got to their rooms and even without dinner.

While missing dinner, no one disturbed them until the next day when Lucifer knocked on their door. Cassie, being a light sleeper, groaned at the noise and turned over in her bed, her hands went to her ears to block the noise of the knocking.

However, Lucifer was persistent and continued knocking until Cassie got up and opened the door.

"What is it?"

Lucifer glared at her. "Do you have no sense of awareness?"

"No, I do. It's just too early to hear knocking."

"Stop complaining. Diavolo explained he wanted to give you all a tour before school hours started. Here, these are your school uniforms." Cassie sighed and took them from his hands. Lucifer then turned around and started walking away. "Get ready quickly, Simeon will be here to escort you."

"Okay..." Cassie closed the door and sighed as she went over to Jessica's bed and nudged her awake. "Jess, come on, we gotta get up."

Her eyes opened slowly and she sighed once they were open. "Great... No matter how hard I dreamt, this is still real."

Cassie snickered. "I think you should have known that yesterday." Cassie separated the clothes into the pairs they came in and when she unfolded hers, she stopped immediately. "Oh hell no."

"What?"

Cassie turned around with a uniform skirt in her hands. "I'm not wearing this."

Jessica laughed. "Oh that's rich." Her arms crossed. "So who's head is getting torn off over this?"

"This isn't funny. Can you at least come with me?"

Jessica nodded to her friend. "Yeah, I need to ask about a shower in this place. I'm not going to be caught mid-shower with seven dudes in the house."

The pair went out and luckily, Lucifer hadn't gone that far. They were able to call out to him, making him stop.

"What is it?" He asked, remaining where he was.

"Is there any way to get me a different uniform?"

"What? Does that one not fit?"

"No, she's a big ol' tom boy who doesn't wanna wear a skirt even for a school uniform." Jessica answered for her.

"Really? You can't just put up with it?"

"Well, I can just not wear the proper bottoms. I have some other pants I wouldn't mind wearing." She aimlessly contemplated.

Lucifer sighed. "Fine, just wait. I'll bring you the pants as soon as I can."

"Thanks."

"Oh, and also, do you guys have a guest bathroom? I'm seriously not trying to have anyone run in on me and I don't wanna see anyone else."

"No, we just have one bathroom, so use that one."

Without much else, he turned around and continued walking off. Cassie looked at Jessica and smirked a bit.

"Now this is funny."

Jessica rolled her eyes. "I bet. Ugh, let's at least go at the same time."

"Sure, I'll watch out for you."

With everything settled as much as it was going to, it wasn't long before the girls were ready for their first day at RAD.

Simeon showed up with Keris and Quana at The House of Lamentation. When the other two girls spotted Cassie and Jessica, Keris turned to Quana with her hand out.
