Zayn's autism made it difficult for him to navigate the world around him, but he had learned to cope by following strict rules. These rules gave him a sense of control and safety, and he relied on them to navigate his daily life. But one day, his rules were put to the test when he went out to eat with his friends Liam, Louis, Niall, and Harry.

As they sat down to eat at a busy restaurant, Zayn felt an urgent need to use the restroom. He tried to ignore it at first, hoping it would go away, but it only grew stronger. His bladder felt full to bursting, and he began to fidget in his seat, grabbing himself under the table and grinding his dick into the seat. He knew it was inappropriate, but he couldn't help himself.

Zayn's need to pee grew more and more urgent, until he could barely sit still. He started to sweat, feeling the heat of embarrassment rise to his face. Every muscle in his body tensed, trying to hold back the flow of urine. But it was no use. Some pee leaked out, warm and wet, and Zayn panicked. He tried to mop it up with his napkin, but then more pee leaked out, and soon he was unable to control it any longer.

As the warm stream of urine trickled down his leg, Zayn felt a sense of relief wash over him. It was humiliating, but at least the pressure in his bladder had eased. He continued to wet himself, feeling the wetness spread across his thigh and pool beneath him. The sensation was both unpleasant and strangely comforting, like a release of pent-up tension.

Zayn's friends noticed what had happened and quickly came to his aid. "Hey, man, are you okay?" Liam asked, placing a hand on his shoulder.

Zayn couldn't bring himself to look at them, feeling ashamed and exposed. "I'm sorry," he whispered. "I couldn't help it."

"It's okay, Zayn," Louis said, kneeling down beside him. "We're here for you, no matter what. We love you just the way you are."

Feeling a mix of emotions, Zayn began to cry. He was grateful for his friends' support and understanding, but he couldn't shake the embarrassment and shame he felt. He wished he could be like everyone else, able to navigate the world without feeling so overwhelmed and out of control.

As they helped him clean up and reassured him that it was okay to break his rules sometimes, Zayn knew that his friends were right. He couldn't control everything, but he could control how he responded to the challenges life threw his way. With their love and support behind him, he felt a newfound sense of strength and resilience.
