Zayn and his friends were having a great time playing volleyball on the beach. The sun was shining, the waves were crashing, and laughter filled the air as they dove and spiked the ball over the net. Zayn was feeling pretty good, until he realized he had to pee.

He didn't want to take a break and let his team down, so he decided to hold it. At first, it wasn't too bad. But as time went on, his desperation intensified rapidly. Zayn tried to distract himself by focusing on the game, but he couldn't keep his mind off his full bladder.

As the game went on, Zayn's need to pee became unbearable. He had to grab himself to keep from leaking. But it wasn't enough. Zayn froze, as he felt a warm trickle run down his leg. Then he bolted, feeling more and more urine escape with each step.

Zayn was scared of getting yelled at, so he ran away before anyone could see. He didn't want to face his friends after what had just happened. He ran down the beach, away from the game and the people, until he found a secluded spot to clean himself up. Zayn was embarrassed, but he knew he had to face his friends eventually.

As Zayn cleaned himself up, he couldn't help but feel ashamed. He was a grown man, and yet he had just wet himself like a child. Zayn was nervous about going back to his friends, but he knew he had to face them.

When he returned to the beach, he saw that the game had ended and his friends were packing up their things. Zayn approached them, feeling awkward and embarrassed.

"Hey guys," he said softly, trying to act like nothing had happened.

His friends turned to look at him, and Zayn could feel his face turn red.

"Hey Zayn, are you okay?" Liam asked, noticing that Zayn looked a little off.

Zayn hesitated for a moment before telling them what had happened. His friends were surprised, but they didn't make a big deal out of it. They assured him that accidents happen and that it was no big deal.

Zayn was relieved that his friends were understanding, and he felt a weight lifted off his shoulders. They all walked back to their cars together, joking and laughing like nothing had happened.

From that day on, Zayn learned that it was okay to admit when he needed a break. He realized that his friends were supportive and cared about him, no matter what. And even though he was still embarrassed about what had happened, he knew that he could always count on his friends to have his back.
