Don't anger the sun
It might shine bright
Your light
In darkness
But oh, how it burnsDon't awaken the beast
He'll feast
On your self esteem
Be mean (it's for your own good)
He'll always claim
It's all in the nameOf love
Don't fuel the flame
Don't ignite his blame
He's scolding
He scolds me
My emotional skinHe told me
He'd burn away
One dayDon't expect
Don't want
For anything more
Than his adoreDon't ask or take
Your wants are fake
Invalidate
My soulBecause I'll play your game
Til I've gone insane
You'll break my heart
Again and againAnd I'll always beg for more
