Don't anger the sun
It might shine bright
Your light
In darkness
But oh, how it burns
Don't awaken the beast
He'll feast
On your self esteem
Be mean (it's for your own good)
He'll always claim
It's all in the name
Of love
Don't fuel the flame
Don't ignite his blame
He's scolding
He scolds me
My emotional skin
He told me
He'd burn away
One day
Don't expect
Don't want
For anything more
Than his adore
Don't ask or take
Your wants are fake
Invalidate
My soul
Because I'll play your game
Til I've gone insane
You'll break my heart
Again and again
And I'll always beg for more
