I see light In your eyes
Twinkling like fireflies
Burning hot and white
Like comets in the night
Oh, how I yearn
To live In your twilight
Oh, how I long
To be burned by your sunspots
Well, I'm lost when you sing
Because you're saying so much
More than your words
Can bring
And its fleeting, like fire
Like a meteor, burning bright
I delight
In the curve of your smile
The intensity of
Your gaze
Turns me to stone
Because my heart feels open to change
Isn't it strange
That we find ourselves here
That we found each other
At all
And when the world feels small
We'll look to the stars
For comfort
So enthralled
I'm drawn to you
You're magnetic, electric
You pull me in
To your planetary orbit
And we'll spin 'round
Gravitationally bound
I'll dance to the sound
Of your melodies
It's such a tragedy
Riddled with pain
Written by Sophocles
"Lust It Feeds"
Because you'll never
Feel the same
