  Luz and Hunter made it to the conformatorium, Hunter was able to get in because of his status, Luz on the other hand had to break in through a window.

  "Oof...", "Aren't you supposed to be disguised as a cat?" Hunter mentioned, looking at Luz's hoodie.

  "Well I am, but I don't have paws, so I can't really do that.." Luz responded harshly. "Woah, what's with the change in attitude?" Hunter asked wondering why Luz just bursted out like that.

  "What change in attitude?", "Ugh, nevermind. Let's just find the Owl Lady, the dog, and the weird....bird.....tube? Gah! Whatever it's called" Hunter said walking away after helping Luz get up from the floor.

  "First, King is not a dog and second the 'birdtube' has a name, and his name is Hooty!" Luz said crossing her arms and facing away from Hunter while following him.

  "Where do you think we can find Eda and the others?", "Well it would have to be somewhere in the center of the conformatorium. You stay here, I'll go and look. Hide" Hunter directed as Luz grunted and mocked him.

  Luz went and explored the place instead, trying to find her own way to Eda and her family. "Hey cat lady, how'd you get out of your cell?" A voice came from a cage on Luz's right. "Oh I'm not a cat, and I'm also not a criminal" Luz replied shaking her head and taking off her hood. The girl looked at Luz in shock, but continued, "Neither are we! The stupid Warden likes to lock up anyone who doesn't fit in... Like I write fanfiction about food that are in love. I like food. I like love. JUST LET ME WRITE ABOUT IT!", "They locked me up because I like to eat my own eyes" said a voice from a multi-eyed demon on the left of the girls cage.

  "WE ARE AGENTS OF FREE EXPRESSION! THEY WILL NEVER SILENCE US!" Said another voice coming from a tiny demon without a body on the right of the girls cage. "Yeah, she's big into conspiracy theories..." Said the girl.

  "Wait... These aren't crimes... You guys don't deserve to be here! I'll help get you out!" Luz said as she tried to lift the levers, but failed miserably. "Quick! Hide! Someone's coming!"

   Luz ran inside a chamber and closed it, hiding in a dark corner along the wall. Luz heard a door open and saw a crazy tall man. His outfit obviously showed he was boss around these parts. His face didn't have lips and eyes, only pupils.
  
  "The Warden..." Luz thought to herself, still hiding in the corner. "What are you talking about?" The Warden asked walking along in front of the cages. Warden looked down to see a crumbled piece of paper with Eda and King on it, laughing menacingly. "Well. The Owl Lady and her pet have been caught, so there is no need for you lot to be chattering. So KEEP YOUR MOUTHS SHUT!" Warden yelled, scaring all of the prisoners except the round ball, Tenela Nosa.

   Tenela was then taken by the Warden who exited the room, with Hunter entering. "Luz? Where ARE you?!" Hunter whispered loudly, stopping his foot. Luz opened the cage door, "Quick help me free them!", "Why waist our time on them when I found your family?"

  "You found them? Where are they?!", "Like I said in the center of the building, now LETS GO!" Hunter yelled at Luz leaving to go free them, but Luz had new plans.

  "No. Not without freeing them! They don't deserve to be here!" Luz insisted. "Ugh! Fine!" Hunter grunted, opening the cages and freeing the other two prisoners. "Escape and don't come back!" Hunter yelled at the two, walking away, holding Luz's wrist tightly. Luz saw the two escape and sighed of relief, "Thanks...", "...... Your welcome." Hunter said looking at Luz and straight ahead again, pissed off at the sudden change.

  Hunter and Luz finally made it to the center and went down the stairs to a chamber. The flight of stairs went more than 20 flights down. "Hunter.... I'm tired!" Luz complained. Hunter pulled out his staff and hopped on, "come on, grab my hand!" Hunter said as Luz grabbed his hand and jumped on. The two kids then flew down the flight of stairs.

   "Eda! King! Hooty!" Luz yelled across the hallway as she jumped off the staff and ran towards the only door down there. "Luz! What are you doing here?! You were supposed to be with Lilith!", "I was! But Lilith tried to bring me back and keep me here with......" Luz paused, not wanting to say that man's name or title. Eda looked at Luz with a worried and distraught face. "Come on, let's get you out of here", "Well look at this, the Golden Guard is helping us" Eda scoffed looking at Hunter with an annoyed look.

  "Look, I'm sorry for what I did in the past, I'm only doing this because you are Luz's family" Hunter said. "Wow, you really have changed, and only in a few days?" Eda laughed. "No... I- I never agreed with my uncle and I'm hoping I can change things..." Hunter said. "Ah, your a good kid, thanks. Come with us, if Luz counts you family, then you are our family" Eda said placing a hand on Hunters shoulder. Hunter only looked down, about to burst in tears but composed himself and took out his staff.

  "Let's go before anything happens" Hunter told, signaling Luz to get on his staff only then did she remember she had Owlbert with her. "Oh shoot, Eda! Here!" Luz said handing Owlbert to Eda, who turned him into staff form, hopped on with King and Hooty in her hair/on back. "Ready?", "Ready!" They all said in since and flew up and out of the conformatorium.

  Time skip

  Hunter, Luz, Eda, and King were on the couch playing Hexis Holdum while Hunter was moping around. "Hunter what's wrong?" Luz asked placing her hand on his shoulder and leaning on it, hugging him.

  "What will uncle think?", "Boy, I left there because of you when I was six years old! Did I care? Yeah! But did I go back? No I didn't!" Luz said reassuring Hunter, but he turned to face her with a betrayed look. "I didn't leave because of you.. I left because of...him.." Luz stated reassuring both of them.

  Hunter hugged back Luz, but stopped and looked at the trio....

  "Awwwwe!" Hooty and King commented at the moment. "That is cute, but what are you doing?" Eda asked. "Hugging?" Luz answered, "what is hugging?" Eda asked again. Luz rolled her eyes and explained the WHOLE thing about hugging to Eda. Boy did that take a while....
