As I was finishing up getting ready by putting on mascara and brushing through my hair one last time, my phone was blowing up from messages from all sorts of people. After finishing my real estate course a week and a half ago, I decided that I should probably take the test sooner rather than later to avoid forgetting any information that I worked hard to remember. From the time I finished to now, I spent all of my time studying and preparing for the exam and I can confidently say that I am most definitely ready for it.
I take myself out of my thoughts and turn my phone over to see who is texting me

I sighed as I locked my phone and walked out of my room
"Are you off?" Liz asked
"Yea" I said with a breath
She stood up from the couch and walked over to me
"You have no reason to be nervous, you got this! You have this is the bag so much that you tell me random facts about real estate and houses at the most random of times" she encouraged as she squeezed my shoulders
I smiled with a laugh
"Thank you" I told her before pulling her into a hug
"Of course. Now I don't know what Taylor did to make you finish it so soon, but I need whatever encouragement she gave you" she laughed
"She literally just stayed on the phone with me and wouldn't let me go to sleep until I finished" I said
"Interesting" she raised an eyebrow
"Okay, I have to get going" I said grabbing my bag and keys
"Good luck" she told me one last time before I began walking out of the apartment and to the elevator
Once I reached the main lobby and my car, I started it and connected my phone to Bluetooth. Right as I was about to play music, Taylor started calling
"Hello?" I answered
"I hope I'm not disturbing you, I just wanted to hear your voice real quick" she spoke
"You're not, I'm just driving" I said
"Should I let you go? You know it's illegal to be on your phone while driving right?" She questioned
"You're on Bluetooth" I laughed
