3 months later

Lena's POV:

Three months. Three months of me living with Jamal in Munich. Three months of wondering if Jude has been thinking about me too.

Three months since I last heard something from him.

Jamal had just left for training and I went downstairs to make myself some breakfast. At least I was trying to eat something, as that hasn't been easy the past months. I made some eggs on toast, grabbed my plate and went to the couch.

After watching Tatort for a while, I decided to switch channels and see if there was anything interesting to see.

A few seconds later, my heart stopped.

I came across this news channel that was showing footage of Jude, together with the logo of Real Madrid. Under the picture stood in big bold, caps lock letters "Jude Bellingham close to signing with Real".

I sat there, literally baffled. I have no other words to describe this. Somewhere I thought Jude and I would eventually find our way back to each other, but him moving to Madrid would probably end that plan. And no way on earth that I would leave my beloved Dortmund, my beloved Germany, for Spain.

I don't speak Spanish, have absolutely no ambition to learn it and definitely no ambition to go live in Spain.

But who am I kidding? Jude probably doesn't even want me to move with him. He probably hates me more than anyone else walking on this planet.

I just continued sitting there, staring at the screen for what seemed like an hour. I expected a lot of stunts from Jude, but this was not on my things-Jude-will-do-to-forget-me list.

"Hey, I'm home!" Jamal yelled. I didn't react, didn't even blink. I could hear him approach me from behind.

"Liebchen, are you okay?" he asked while he sat down next to me. He put his hand on my leg and looked at me with a very worried look in his eyes.

"I-I-, Jude, he-" I stuttered out, before I broke down.

Yes, I, Lena Becker, cried in the arms of a football player after another football player disappeared from my life. Crying was probably the wrong word for this as well, I was howling.

"Shhh Lena, it's okay. I know." Jamal whispered. "Is it true?" I asked while looking him in the eyes. The look he returned said it all, it was true. For fucks sake. Becker doesn't have a plan right now. And that's something that usually doesn't happen. Becker always has a plan, mostly a bad plan, but at least she has a plan.

Time skip - 4 weeks later.

Jude's POV:

Today was the day I was finally moving to Madrid.

My so deserved move, that was going to give me not only a better team, but some more money as well.

I was standing in the airport, talking with the press. I was telling them about my amazing choice for Madrid and how much I was looking forward to this. While I was talking I looked to my manager and noticed he was talking to 2 people. One of them was definitely Jamal, the other person however I couldn't recognize. They were a bit smaller than Jamal and they were wearing a hoodie and mask so it was impossible for me to make out who that was.

Anyways, I took some pictures with my fans before turning around to walk to my manager. But as I turned around I noticed Jamal and the mystery person had already disappeared.

Hmm, okay, doesn't really mater actually.

"Are you ready to leave Jude?" my manager asked and I nodded.

Before I had even realized, our plane was in the air and I was on my way to a new adventure.
