Be God's Letter of Recommendation

2 Corinthians 3:1-6

3 Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, like some people, letters of recommendation to you or from you? 2 You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone. 3 You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

4 Such confidence we have through Christ before God. 5 Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. 6 He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant-not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

3 Basi kon nagahunahuna kamo nga ginadayaw namon liwat ang amon kaugalingon. Indi kami pareho sang iban dira nga nagakinahanglan pa sang mga rekomendasyon agod batunon ninyo, kag pagkatapos mangayo naman sang rekomendasyon sa inyo agod batunon man sila sa iban nga lugar. 2 Indi namon kinahanglan ang mga rekomendasyon, kay kamo mismo amo ang amon rekomendasyon nga nasulat sa amon tagipusuon, tungod kay ang inyo pagkabuhi pareho sa sulat nga makita kag mabasa sang tanan. 3 Maathag nga ang inyo halimbawa pareho sang sulat ni Cristo nga ginsulat paagi sa amon. Ang gin-gamit sa pagsulat indi tinta kundi ang Espiritu sang Dios nga buhi, kag wala man ginsulat sa mga bato nga sululatan kundi sa inyo tagipusuon mismo.

4 Makahambal kami sini tungod sa ginahimo ni Cristo paagi sa amon kag tungod sa amon pagsalig sa Dios. 5 Kay kon sa amon gid lang indi kami makasarang sa sini nga buluhaton, pero ginabuligan kami sang Dios. 6 Siya ang naghatag sa amon sang ikasarang agod masaysay namon sa mga tawo ang bag-o nga paagi nga iya ginhimo agod kita nga mga tawo makapalapit sa iya. Ining bag-o nga paagi indi paagi sa ginsulat nga Kasuguan kundi paagi sa Espiritu Santo. Kay ang ginadala sang Kasuguan silot nga kamatayon, pero ang Espiritu Santo nagahatag sang kabuhi.

SERMON:

Maayong aga sa tanan. Ginadayaw ko ang Ginuo sa Iya nga kaayo nga nakaabot kami diri sa City of Light Four Square Gospel Church sa punta na nga bahin sang Boracay Island. It is our honor an pleasure to serve the people of God today.

I am Pastor Ren the Head and Founding Pastor of the House of Christian Fellowship Iloilo. I met Ptr. Eric At the Revival conference when we adopted him for a night and right now And I am with Bro Jirom our keyboardist and we are here because God sent us here.

Last Thursday, after our Prayer Soaking, I heard an instruction from the Lord. "Go to Boracay. Visit Ptr. ERIC's Church." It was very late at night mga past 11 and I said, I will message Ptr. ERIC, if he replies, then I will immediately go in the morning, but if he doesnt reply, then i will not go. I didnt expect he would reply because it was late. Pero nag reply man. So immediately we packed up and left for Boracay the following mornign bisan i wasnt feeling well pa kay pagkatapos sang revival ginpang uno, sipon kag hilanat kami tanan sa worship team.

And so we arrived here not knowing why we were sent here BUT what I am sure is whenever the Lord sends you, there is always a purpose. I did not talk to pastor Eric about your church so I do not know about anything. BUT the Spirit of the Lord knows and today God will expose, God will speak through His Word and He is going to release a very important message to your church this morning.

Give God the praise even now for what He is about to do. Palakpaki ang Ginuo sbng pa lang because after today, you will begin to see even more clearly the great plan that God has not only for your church, but even in your personal life.

Maybe some of you are asking, sino man ni na babaye na daw sure mag storya? Diin ni sila halin? Ano ni ang background niya? Masaligan ni ayhan siya? Tuod ba ni siya? Basi false prophet ni siya?

I tell you, I am a nobody. I did not even go to a Bible School and if you are going to call me a false prophet, I tell you, you are not the first to call me that. Indi na bago sakon. Indi na ko matingala.
