A bed was meant to be a haven where you could feel safe and comfortable while secluded from everything outside the bed's edge. It is where you sleep, lounge around, and occasionally even share. Bailey Woodland thinks it's something he has to be grateful for, because he had to overcome problems to actually get to be able to sleep into the nice mattress. His mother constantly reminded him to be thankful and not take anything for granted before he went to bed. He never understood why, but he intended to stay grateful.

Bailey would constantly tell himself to be thankful for what he had and to never submit to someone who wasn't grateful. Regardless of what he did or even where he was, it was always said to him.  Bailey never spoke back, only listened.

The boy was curled up inside himself, and the sun's light hardly gave the dark room a vibrant feel. Stunning dark blue covers heavily covered the boy's body.

The sound of heels clicking on the wooden flooring caused him to slowly emerge from his curled up position, whining softly, a soft knock on the door as the clicking stopped. "Sweetheart, are you awake?." his mother's soothing voice came from behind the door.

The door opens to his mother standing there with a grin plastered on her face. She strolled over to the youngster. "Are you alright?" She inquired as she sat down on the bed.

Florence Cameron wasn't born yesterday; she was aware that her son wasn't right, but she chose to wait for him to come to her rather than pursue the matter. whenever he's prepared.

Bailey nodded, feeling somewhat okay but unsure of just how to feel. He was gradually going into panic mode since he was starting school today. "I'm okay." Only if it was somewhat true did he respond.

"Well, maybe having breakfast may help you feel a little better." Bailey returned his gaze to his fingers and nodded silently. Before standing up, she bent over and kissed his forehead, he said nothing as she went out of the room.
