ch.14 Crownslayer

Free's second round had begun. As he stepped out once more

"Finally took them long enough"
He said as he walked outside

His opponent was none other than some kind of assassin

The king did the usual introduction to free and this mystery assassin

She was named 'Hollow, the silent killer'
Pretty generic according to free but he was still up for the fight.
She began by throwing down bombs of poisonous gas covering the entire stadium.
Free held his breath as he knew that it was quite a potent mixture of different posions.
He then for once used his brain for once and ended the battle quickly by igniting the gas burning Hollow alive.
"Shit I killed someone"
Said Free

The king knowing damn well not even 20 minutes has passed just ended it there and sent free back into the waiting room.

Xavier who was on a wheelchair ordered the nurse pushing him to bring him to the man.

"Why did you spare me"
"After all I said"
Said Xavier.

"That was mere taunting"
"I'm not that sensitive yknow"
Said free

"Besides I decided to spare you because you're still young, just like me"
"We've got years ahead of us"
"Do you really think I'd wanna end your life this quickly"
He said as he smiled.
Although he's not much of a talker free began to open up to people.

"I see"
"But you didn't have to cripple me like this"
Said Xavier

"Did I overdo it?"
Asked Free

"You think?"
Said Xavier

Cellinia ran off to meet her prince once more.Her father decided to sneakily follow her to meet Free,of course the father thinks that he's going to be a bad influence or a menace to society.

She called the young man's name.as she approached him.Free on the other hand was quite happy and shocked to see her in the training area.

"Cellinia!"
"I'm quite busy preparing for my next fight but I think I could spare some of my time for you"

Free grabbed his blade as the two walked off into the hallway. Though it had only been a few hours since they just met. They felt some kind of connection between them, an unbreakable bond like Free and his blade.

The two struck up a conversation once more.Free finally felt peace in mind talking to her, And she felt happy knowing that there's someone like her.
Cellinia then opened her arms and dragged free into a hug before free had to leave to continue training for the next round. Free not knowing how to react awkwardly hugged her back.

The king noticed the two and finally decided to intervene.
"You two!"
The king said with a stern voice.

Cellinia was caught by surprise and pulled herself away and tidied herself.
Free did the exact same but looking back making it look like nothing happened.

"Sir Morningstar"
"Look at me"

Free looked at the king with swear dropping down his forehead and his body shaking all over the place.

"Cellinia, Morningstar"
"You two explain right this instant"

Cellinia attempted to explain the situation to her father trying to cover Free up. But that made it worse

"My little girl already grown up"
"She's already found a man and is ready to leave her father"
The king said while bawling his eyes out.

Free who was worried to see the current emotional state of the royal decided to give Cellinia a tap on the shoulder and told her that he's going to go train.
