Months have passed after Khaos's defeat,Ever since all that was destroyed was rebuilt and returned to their prime,lives lost during the period righteous enough returned to their peak.
Solaris had been rebuilt to its former glory,Lunaris forever cast in its shadow never to be remembered.
An event was held at the Grand Cathedral in Solaris.
A lively atmosphere surrounded the area as it was decorated with beautiful ornaments.
Inside was an altar,with Free in his best attire, waiting ever so patiently.
"Oh shit I'm late"
Said Douglas as he rushed into the venue
"I have to officiate this damn thing and I of all people am late"
He said as he ran inside heading straight to the altar.
"Took you long enough"
Said Free in a sarcastic tone, nervously checking his watch
"Lucifer and Phanes have already taken their food"
"Wait those things have to eat?"
Said Douglas as he wiped the sweat of his brow
"Not exactly"
"They do it for shits and giggles"
Free said while seeing the two beings sit opposite each other.
"Hey Free"
"I'm proud of you bud"
Said Douglas as he shook Free's hand and dragged him into a hug
His suit began to slowly disintegrate as Free's presence radiated with khaos's energy.
"Oh damnit my suit"
"Sorry,I'm still trying get used to this whole 'my body is a prison' thing"
Free said.
Free looked at the crowd.
Seeing his parents,Elon tusk,Azaline,his adopted brother,and the queen of Aegir.
But the question on his mind was...
Where exactly was his queen?
The ring bearer was at the ready,flower girls at the door of the cathedral.
Douglas being Free's best man and the wedding officiant could clearly see his friends nervous expression behind his cold demeanour.
Outside the cathedral,awaited the bride and her father.
"I can't believe these are the last moments where I will be taking care of you"
Said The king of Aegir,as his eyes tear up, holding his daughter's hands.
"Don't be so dramatic father"
"You'll still be my father after all this time"
"It's not like you're selling me or anything"
Said Cellinia as she was preparing to enter the door.
"You're right"
The doors of the cathedral swung open as Cellinia and her father entered the building.
Accompanied by Music and petals thrown by the flower girls.
Free saw Cellinia walk the path,
"You're as beautiful as ever"
He didn't feel nervous anymore
Everything just fell into place.
Cellinia's father let go of her daughter as he took a seat,Now the two on the altar with only the officiant behind them.
The ceremony begun,Douglas thanks everyone for coming to the ceremony.
Bearing witness to the union of the two kindred spirits.
"Well"
"Even though I'm still single"
"I'm happy that these two got together"
Said Douglas as he gave a brief introduction regarding the two
"They met at a tournament"
"A fighting one"
"During Free's break Time"
"Oh boy did he tell me the entire thing in extreme detail"
"Most of the time love at first sight doesn't work out but look at where we are now"
The audience laughed at the statement.
Free's parents came up to give a short reading regarding the two.
Free's father ended with the words
"I'm proud of you,son"
Next was Heinz.
"Though I've had a crush on Cellinia for a while when I was y-"
Blah blah blah he went on
Next were the monarchs of Aegir.
After the entire speech The king went to Free
Placed a hand on his shoulder and said.
"If you hurt her"
"Or decide not to love her anymore"
"Don't throw her away"
"Please"
"Return her back to me"
He said as tears rolled down his face.
Free grabbed the king's hand with both of his,and said
"Worry not sir,I Free Morningstar promise that your loving daughter will be kept safe and be taken care of for eternity"
"Thank you, Free..."
Free and Cellinia exchange loving glances, reaffirming their commitment.
Douglas continued with the ceremony and addressed the responsibilities of marriage and the sanctity of the vows that were about to be taken.
"Marriage is a sacred bond, a partnership in which two souls promise to stand by each other's side through all of life's challenges and triumphs. It is a commitment to support, cherish, and love one another unconditionally."
The couple had both their hands on top of each other,As the vows we're about to be recited.Bur Free felt the aura of khaos inside of him pulsing furiously
"Free, do you take Cellinia to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?"
After hearing those words the aura died down as he was at peace with himself
"I do"
He replied
"Cellinia, do you take Free to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?"
"I do"
The two exchanged rings,as Douglas prepared to announce the climax of the wedding.
With a smile in his face,
"By the power vested in me and in the presence of your loved ones, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."
Finally it was time Free and Cellinia share a tender and passionate kiss,
Their lips meeting eachother for the first time,sealing their vows and their love for all eternity. Applause and cheers erupt from the gathered guests
"is my honor to present to you, for the first time as a married couple, Mr. and Mrs. Morningstar!"
Free and Cellinia, hand in hand, walk down the aisle together, their hearts filled with love and the promise of a future filled with happiness and adventure.
Free saw as the ground stood up and gave them a standing ovation.
As the crowd moved around and music played.
Free stood next to Cellinia as he saw a familiar face at the doors of the cathedral.
Emperor hikaru and his wife,Free's adoptive parents.
The emperor looked at Free and nodded
Though he was far away, Free could still hear his voice echo in his head.
"Well done"
"I'm proud of you..."
"My son"
He said as he turned back and dissapeared.
Free's eyes began to water as tears dropped down his face.
"What's wrong Free?"
Asked Cellinia
Free wiped the tears of his face.
"Today's a bad day for rain"
"But it's not raining?"
"Well it is now"
"I'll always remember you..."
