Chapter 29 - Let's get married!

Rin's Point Of View...
I parked the car and went inside with Isagi. Bachira's cousin is the owner of the restaurant which he suggested himself that's how I got a discount. I did look at the background of the restaurant. It was a five star restaurant and so I went there myself to witness the food, the atmosphere and everything in the restaurant. I was actually astonished by the view from the restaurant. Since it was located at middle length of a high mountain, the view from there was spectacular. I came there to watch the sunset since I know how much Isagi loves sunsets so I want to propose to him when the sun sets.

When we got inside, the room wasnt really full. There are some people though but not too many. We were greeted personally by the owner of the restaurant which I didn't know was Isagi's highschool friend. They had a little reunion and greetings. After that, we walked to the V.I.P balcony. Gosh, even without the sunset, the view is still astonishing. As I was mesmerized by the view, Isagi went up to me and asked, "Hey what's with all this? It's almost as if you've planned this for so long." I looked at him in the eye and said "Well, ever since I saw you in a state that I never want to see ever again, I just realized how much I have failed as your lover. This should be my payback. But it's notuch considering your patience and love for me." I held his hand to stop him from crying but I guess he was just too happy haha

Isagi's Point Of View...
Now is a really good time to tell Rin that I agree on his plan. Living together is a great idea. I just realized how much I want to stay with Rin. I realized that it's time for us to grow as a couple. I love him so much.

The view is really nice. It's as perfect as it can be. It's so peaceful too and the waiters are really nice. It's a really nice place. Though Rin really shouldn't have bought us the V.I.P balcony. I mean we're just eating together right? Or is there something else? Oh well, maybe he just really wants to pay back for everything. But really, a kiss would be enough. Or maybe a promise or marriage ring would be perfect. Gosh just thinking about marriage alone makes me happy. But wouldn't he like a family with kids? I mean isn't that the dream people usually wants?

The food came and suddenly my mind was punched. 'Gosh we're on a date! I shouldn't think bad about stuff!!' I thought to myself. I can see that Rin is loving the time we have and so I'm trying to be as positive as I can. A while later, we bend over the balcony and watch as the sun sets. The deserts came so I looked over there and when I looked back at Rin, he held my hand and all the words I never heard from him was heard.

"Isagi Yoichi, I have been friends with you for more than 5 years, I have been your roommate for 6 and a half years, and I have been your lover for 7 years and counting. Gosh time flies so fast but I don't notice how fast it goes when I am with you.

Did you know, the first time I fell for you, I was insecure, I thought maybe you wouldn't love me anyways even if I told you I love you. I thought maybe you weren't into guys. I thought you would prefer to have a family with children on the couch with you as you watch the tv. I know I can't give that to you. I was overthinking for days until I finally had the guts to tell you. When I did, I was shocked and unable to speak when you said you loved me too. Do you know how happy I was to hear those words from you? I was so happy it got me into tears.

Isagi, I love you, today, tomorrow, yesterday, and to the future. I love you and I will always love you."

He bent one knee down and I instantly cried when he asked "Isagi Yoichi, my friend, my roommate, my teammate, my lover, and my everything, will you marry me?"

I wiped my tears but they kept falling so I smiled at Rin and nodded as I say "Yes! Yes! I will marry you"

Rin's Point Of View...
I was so nervous but I am so glad it went well. He said yes! He said yes! I can't believe it, we are getting married! We should set up a date and prepare for it then. Anyways, As we are eating desert, I noticed that Isagi kept looking at the ring and so I asked "Was the ring not to your liking?" He responded saying "No, its not like that, I just couldn't believe we're officially getting married. Also, this ring, it's expensive isn't it?" I laughed forcefully as I said yes. He glared at me but it faded as he sighed and said "I will take this as the last expensive thing you should give me okay?" I nodded then said "Sure, but I can't promise anything" He sighed and I was about to apologize when he suddenly said "Love? I- Lets- Let's live together, shall we?"

I was stunned to hear him say that and so I went to him and hugged him "Do you really mean it?!" He nodded and smiled at me. Gosh so many good things happend! It's really just like a rainbow after the rain. I'm so glad we've been together for so long and that we have been through a lot together. That way, I can realize that life isnt just about achieving better things than my brother. I also realized that even though my family weren't able to give support and love, I was blessed to have someone who supports me more than anyone and that someone is Isagi. I love you so much My Love.
