His whole idea was crazy but maybe I'm much more crazier for going through with it. But I wanted to know how I really felt and that was the only way to find out. The reminder went off, I had to go back. The walk was more for me than Bryce but at least both of us were okay now.

" How was the walk?"

" It was okay! Bryce and will be in my room, I have school work to do."

" Wait, are you okay?"

"Yes Mom, I am!"

" Wow, I never heard you say you're going to do your school stuff before."

"Maybe I never had any work to do before."

"I'll bring you some crackers. You don't need my help, right?"

" Nope, thanks Mom."

I went to my room and Mom came in with the snacks, and Bryce ate all of them. I did most of the reading for my Biology class for tomorrow and Dad popped in to say hi. It was dinner time, we ate. I went to my room cleaned up and went to bed. Then the 24hrs would begin.

What was that noise? Make it stop. It was my phone, I don't remember setting any reminder. Maybe I did, I have too many reminders on my phone to keep count. I took my phone from the night stand and swiped right.

" Good morning!"

" What?"

" Well that's unexpected." then he laughed

" No I didn't know you called so it came as a shock to me when I heard your voice."

"So you just answered the phone and you didn't know I called."

" I know how it sounds but yes I did."

" Okay it doesn't matter, I just wanted you to know I'm using my 24 hrs."

" Jax, what time is it?"

" 6! But does it matter? Every hour counts."

" I still have like 2 hrs of sleep left, so hating on you right now."

"Like I said, every hour counts."

" Well I'm up now, thanks to you."

"You're welcome. How's your day looking like?"

" I think I have a class at 10 and 3 others after that."

" Okay."

" Okay."

"Did you sleep okay?"

" Yes I did, what about you?"

"Pretty much."

"So, how's your day looking?"

" My day? Well there's this girl that I like so for the rest of my day I'll be trying to convince her to allow me to love her. Nothing hard."

"Nothing hard, huh?"

" Don't go soft on me ,Thea."

" Won't ever dream of it."

I had to hang up on him cause I had to get ready for school since he already woke me up. By 9, I was done, my mom always had my clothes lined up for me. So I'd never actually struggle about what to wear when or where.

" You're up early."

" Am I?"

" Well you usually wake up late just so you can avoid breakfast but here you are today."

" I guess, but don't tell Mom."

" I would never, so slept okay?"

" Yes, I did. You?"

" Never better. I have to get to work, I can drop you off."

"Okay, I'll just grab a fruit and Bryce."

" Actually the doctor said we should let him rest for a while."

" But I thought Mom said he is okay."

" He is, but better safe than sorry."

"Okay. I'll go grab my backpack."

" I'll grab your apple."

" Thanks Dad."

I grabbed my backpack from my room and got in the car with Dad. The usual, our playlist and no talk unless I felt like talking.

" Your Mom will come pick you up. Have a great day sweetheart."

" I will. Thank you Dad. Bye."

I waited for him to drive off before I made my way to the entrance. I knew how he smelled like and my other sense were really spot on so there was no use sneaking behind me.

"Good morning." he hugged me from behind.

" Good morning."

" You smell good." he ran his nose behind my back, it felt tingly and if he kept at it then there wouldn't be a need for all those other hours.

" You smell good too." I tried to unwrap him from me but he clung on me still. " What's going on?"

" Well here's what's going to happen. There's no way I can win this if I'm not stuck on you 24/7..."

" Whatever you suggesting, no!"

" Come on! You haven't even heard what I had to say."

" I don't want to hear it."

" You're being unfair."

" Okay Jax, speak."

"You and I are..." he placed his lips near my ear. Did he really have to? I mean I can hear him perfectly, he didn't have to whisper.

"What are we going to do?"

" We're skipping school."

" Noo! I'm not skipping school for you."

" Aren't you?!"

" Jax, no!"

" I mean how else..."

" That's why you asked me about my plans for the day. You're unbelievable."

" More than that, but you'll find out later."

"My answer is still no."

" I knew you were going to say that, which is why... I have another plan. If you don't skip school. I'll just be your guide for the day. How fair is that."

" There's no way I'm going to allow you to do that."

" The beauty of this is that you don't have a choice. I can do whatever I want, whenever I want. And that's what unfair is, I always get what I want. So what's it going to be?"
