"Ivan," I quietly murmured.

At that moment, I saw someone else joining him, the person I had been following.

Well, at first I thought I was following eliminator but that was not the case. It was someone else but what is interesting is that he was also familiar to me.So I rose to trail him. However, I unexpectedly tripped, completely unaware that he had cunningly fastened my shoelaces together. As a result, I tumbled to the ground and remained there for a brief moment. Subsequently, I began the task of untying my shoelaces.

JI WOON'S POV:

I saw Nara chasing after him towards the parking lot, so I followed them. When I arrived, I started looking for Nara, and suddenly I spotted her. At that same moment, I saw a car approaching her, but it was moving slowly. I was about to walk to her and call her name loudly, but then I noticed someone grabbing her. The person who grabbed her was wearing a mask, sunglasses, a cap, a black polo shirt, jeans, and shoes. Everything was black except for the shoes. I tried to take a picture of the car that tried to hit her. I realized he was coming from Nara's direction, but she seemed too shocked to say anything and tying the shoe lace. Then I saw him heading in my side, so I quickly hid behind a car. At that moment, I saw someone else joining him. After I took the picture and they left, I noticed Nara coming towards where I was because there was an exit to leave out. So, I stood up from behind the car and called out, "Nara!"

Nara ran up to me and asked, "What happened? Are you okay?"

"I am fine."

"I know you will come. Did you take pictures?"

"What if I didn't come?"

She rolled her eyes and asked to see the pictures. I pulled out my phone and scrolled through the photos.

"Well, it's good work, right?"

She put her arm around my shoulder. "You call that good work? I call it terrible!" she said with a sly grin.

"No, that's not good work, that's great work! I don't know why everyone else can't seem to get it right!"

I laughed and replied, "Well, I guess I just have a knack for it."

She smiled and gave him a pat on the back. "You sure do!"

Our eyes focused on the picture by Ji Woon attached to the board as I, Suha, and Kyoto looked at it...

"They both have great features. I can't wait to see them in real life. How well they are in the shadows, how good they will be in real life. Oh my gosh, I'm so excited!" Suha exclaimed enthusiastically.

"And I'm sure they'll both be equally excited to meet you too!" Kyoto grinned.

After 10 minutes, Ji Woon and Juan arrived. Juan glanced at a photo, his eyes widening, and said, "Nara... Is this Ivan?"

"We can't be sure," I replied.

Suha looked puzzled and inquired, "Who's Ivan?"

I responded, "Not now," and left the room, strolling silently down the street, lost in thought.

Suddenly, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned to find Juan holding two Belgian chocolate ice creams. He handed one to me and asked, "Are you thinking about him?"
I glanced at him, slightly irritated, and said no.

Juan chuckled, "That's the funniest thing I've heard all year!"
I just rolled my eyes.

After having a little talk and finishing the ice cream we returned back to them and saw Suha, Kyoto and Ji Woon turned the room upside down by just fighting for the food. They were fighting for the last slice of pizza that was on the plate. We tried to stop them but it was too late. We had to break it up and divide the slice into three parts to make them stop.

I sometimes have trouble believing that I'm already 27 and these idiots are agents.

In a blink of an eye, I've grown so big doing a job I'd never even dared to dream of.

The clock striked at 2:37 in the morning.

The phone rang as I awoke. I fumbled on the bedside table for it. But as soon as I saw the caller ID and answered, a voice yelled, "You should be on duty!"

"Chief, Zaerim's been detained by the police, so you shouldn't be concerned-"Oh, so I shouldn't be?Then why did he receive a direct threat?"

"Threat? What are you referri-"

While on the phone, I heard the doorbell. I was about to answer it when Ji Woon moved to open the door.
Catching my gaze, he said, "I'll handle it."

Interrupting the call, he said, "Nara, I think we should meet in person. After our meeting, I'll decide our next steps."

"Understood, Chief," I replied.

After ending the call, I exclaimed, "What's happening?" Everything's chaotic, nothing's organized. Everything's being upended and Ji Woon, you really shouldn't have..."

"Nara, look at this."

"Where did you get this letter?"

"It was at the door when I opened it."

"But only us and the Chief know our location." I shot him a wary look, snatching the letter to read.

Want to join our game?
We'll move around without restrictions. See if you can find us. We've already begun.

Jiwoon looked confident and remarked, "How will we inform him that we've agreed?"

"They're aware we wouldn't turn this down."

"Fine..."

"Contact the authorities and tell them to free Zaerim."

"It might be dangerous."

"Don't worry, they won't take any action, and they're currently zeroing in on us.Let's give him a good game and demonstrate our abilities."

and I just winked at him.
