As the day unfolded, Juan successfully compiled the files related to the victims of the Eviscerators. The room was tense with anticipation as I began to meticulously review each case. Ji Woon's phone continued to ring regularly, but he consistently ignored the calls. I couldn't help but notice the subtle change in his demeanor-a mix of avoidance and tension.
As I delved into the files, a pattern emerged. Contrary to our initial assumptions, the victims weren't innocent civilians. Each one had ties to the Phoenix Syndicate, involved in illicit activities ranging from murder to human trafficking - which is unknown by the world. It raised unsettling questions about the Eviscerators' motives-were they a vigilante group, targeting those with dark secrets? And where , why and how did Zaerim fit into this web of connections?
Just as the pieces started to fall into place, Ji Woon burst into the room, a look of urgency on his face.
Ji Woon abruptly entered the room, a sense of urgency etched on his face. "Nara, Juan got injured. Suha, Kyoto, and he had a confrontation with the Phoenix Syndicate yesterday. We need to tend to his shoulder."
"What happened?" I inquired anxiously while hastily searching for a first aid kit. My heart raced as I sprinted to the hallway, retrieved the kit, and urgently questioned, "Is he okay? What exactly happened?"
Ji Woon explained, "They eliminated the main contact in charge of smuggling of phoneix syndicates. It was a successful mission, but Juan got caught in the crossfire. He's waiting in the down hall."
Rushing , we found Juan sitting with a grimace of pain on his face. Suha and Kyoto were by his side, and as I assessed the wound, Juan tried to downplay the severity.
"It's just a scratch, Nara. I've had worse," he insisted.
Nevertheless, we cleaned and and bandaged his shoulder, and as the tension in the room lifted, Juan shared the details of the mission. The Phoenix Syndicate's main smuggling operation had been disrupted, dealing a significant blow to their illicit activities.

Amidst the lively chatter between them , I felt a surge of emotion, seizing the perfect moment to reach out to the chief, updating him on the successful mission. His relief was palpable. However, he emphasized the need to remain vigilant, as the Phoenix Syndicate might retaliate. As Juan's shoulder was tended to and the immediate crisis with the Phoenix Syndicate addressed, the tension in the room eased. Suha and Kyoto exchanged glances, silently acknowledging the risks they all faced in the line of duty. Despite the relief of a successful mission, the shadow of the Eviscerators loomed over us.

I returned to the room, determined to continue my work on deciphering the patterns among the victims of the Eviscerators. The files spread before me, I immersed myself in the details, searching for any connections that could shed light on their motives. As I delved into the intricate web of information, Ji Woon entered the room, his expression guarded. I noticed his phone buzzing again, and a knowing look passed between us. Sensing the unspoken tension, I decided to address the elephant in the room.
"Is it Ae Cha calling you?" I inquired by scanning through the files, deliberately avoiding eye contact with him, my voice gentle but probing.
Ji Woon hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Yeah, she's been trying to reach me."
Understanding the complexity of their relationship, I offered a piece of advice. "Ji Woon, don't avoid her. Communication is crucial, especially in times like these. You haven't talked to her in a week, and she deserves to know you're okay."
He sighed, appreciating the concern. "It's just complicated, Nara. There are things I haven't told her about some things.....especially about my work."
I nodded, acknowledging the intricacies of personal relationships amidst the chaos of our missions. "Maybe she needs you. Keeping things in the dark won't protect anything . Trust is essential, Ji Woon."
Before he could respond, Juan entered the room, his shoulder bandaged but a determined look in his eyes. As Ji Woon and I exchanged a few more words about communication, Juan chimed in, diverting the focus.
"What about you, Nara? Why don't you talk to Rein and Lee Ju Yan?" Juan questioned, bringing up a sore topic..

Juan's words about my brother and rein echoed in my mind, weighing heavily on my thoughts. As I clutched my dress, the urge to retrieve the files consumed me. However, before I could act, Kyoto abruptly interrupted, firmly grasping my wrist."Where are you going?" he asked, concern etched on his face.
I gently removed his hand, my eyes fixed on the files. "I need to focus on this. There's a pattern here, and I believe it's a key to understanding the Eviscerators."
Kyoto persisted, "Nara, don't shut us out."
I sighed, realizing the truth in his words. "I know, Kyoto. It's just hard for me right now. But I won't go far. I need to figure this out."

As I meticulously sifted through the files, an epiphany struck me-tge unnoticed pattern that could reshape our understanding of the Eviscerators' motives. Excitement and urgency surged through me as I realized the significance of what I had uncovered.I called Kyoto over, my voice low but urgent, "Kyoto, I think I've found something crucial. Look at these profiles. The victims were not random. They were involved in dark activities, hidden from the public eye. The Eviscerators might be targeting those who are truly malevolent, but the world perceives them as virtuous."
Kyoto's eyes widened as he examined the files. The revelation resonated, and the implications were profound. "So, the Eviscerators are enacting justice on those who have successfully masked their dark deeds. It's a twisted form of vigilante justice."
As I conversed with Kyoto.... Ji Woon and Suha, their gazes fixated on me, filled with emotion.
I nodded, the weight of understanding settling on my shoulders. "Exactly. The world sees them as victims, but they were the perpetrators. It's a complex web of deception, and the Eviscerators are trying to expose the truth."
As the realization sank in, a somber silence filled the room. We had stumbled upon a truth that challenged our preconceptions and added layers of complexity to our mission.
Suddenly, Suha broke the silence with a direct question. "What about Zaerim? Why and how would the Eviscerators target him? Is there something we've missed?"
I glanced at Suha, determination in my eyes. "To answer that question, we need to talk to Zaerim directly. I'm going to arrange a meeting with him tonight at the same club where we first encountered the Eviscerators. We need to confront him, understand his motives, and figure out how he fits into this intricate puzzle."
Suha raised an eyebrow, skepticism evident in her expression. "Are you sure about this, Nara? It could be risky."
I nodded, unwavering. "We can't afford to ignore any leads. Zaerim holds crucial information, and we need to get it directly from him. We'll be cautious, but we can't let this opportunity slip away?"
